开滦精煤炼焦特性及焦炭质量预测的研究

【摘要】 本课题根据当前我国冶金行业对焦炭质量的需求,通过对开滦精煤公司的三种单种煤和开滦集团的六种单种煤及配合煤进行煤质实验分析,研究了开滦高硫煤及配合煤的煤质特性,实验结果表明,范各庄高硫精煤和低硫精煤属中等挥发分、硫含量偏高、变质程度较低的优质肥煤;吕家坨精煤属于变质程度比范各庄较深、中等硫含量、挥发分较低的优质焦煤;以精煤公司范各庄与吕家坨精煤按比例配成的配合煤属于中等挥发分、中等硫含量的煤。在研究了煤质特性的基础上,运用模糊聚类的方法对用常规方法所得的配煤方案进行聚类分析;并得出结论,当置信水平0.95 ≤λ<1时,配合煤符合二级冶金炼焦用煤的标准,而且通过炼焦实验,验证模糊聚类方法能有效的判断配煤方案的合理性。有效的弥补以往仅对煤质中每个指标单独进行评价,而不能全面反映配合煤的总体性质的不足;可以预先剔除达不到设定标准的方案,优化配煤方案,减少盲目炼焦带来的损失,模糊聚类能反映决策者在配煤炼焦过程中的主动性和对某些指标的“偏好”,根据实际要求,可以适当调整某些工业指标,选出最优方案,炼制出满足特殊要求的焦炭,从而指导炼焦实践。当前对焦炭质量进行预测仅沿用过去传统的煤质指标结合配煤炼焦生产经验指导配煤,已不能满足高炉生产对焦炭质量的要求,为寻求更为快速、准确、科学的预测焦炭质量和方法,本文就此建立了线性回归模型来预测焦炭质量,通过炼焦实验,证明开滦煤在炼焦生产中,煤中硫分、灰分与其焦炭硫分、灰分是成线性关系的,煤中挥发分、粘结指数与焦炭强度也呈线性关系的,并通过炼焦实验,验证利用线性回归的方法来预测焦炭质量是可行的。最后文章通过炼焦实验分析了单种煤及配合煤之间的关系、单种煤煤质与焦炭指标之间的关系、配合煤与焦炭指标之间的关系、单种煤所炼焦炭各指标之间的关系、配合煤所炼焦炭指标之间的关系等,较为全面的分析了开滦煤的炼焦特性。此研究成果对于提高焦炭质量和炼焦精煤产品结构的调整具有指导作用,对进一步拓宽高硫精煤的应用领域,开发高硫炼焦精煤资源,提高经济效益有重要的意义。此外,对控制二氧化硫的释放,保护环境也具有一定的社会效益和环境效益。

【Abstract】 The paper depicts the requirement of quality of coal in coking. It selects three kinds ofcoal in Kailuan company and six kinds of coal in Kailuan Group to test the properties ofcoal. It studies the characteristics of high-sulfur coal and blend coal in Kailuan. The basefactor that can judge of the quality of coal as the quantitative index, and it uses the methodof fuzzy cluster to analyse and optimize projects of blend coal in order to judge and selectblend coal in reason. Finally it forecasts if the blend coal can be coked into the second cokewhen believed level is 0.95 ≤λ<1. It brings forward a method to optimize project ofblend coal through coking test. The paper remedies the shortcoming of evaluating singleindex that can’t reflect the whole characteristics .It may eliminate the unreasonableprojects in advance to reduce the testing loss. The method of fuzzy cluster can reflect theso-adeadism of decision-maker. Acording to the fact, it adjusts indexes to satisfy specialcoke to instruct coking practise. At present using the traditional method combining cokingexperiences can’t satisfy the demand of blast furnace. In order to seek fast and scientificforecast coke,the paper briefly points out the harm of sulfur and ash in coking coal topudding and coke through experiment. The characteristic of Kailuan coal is based thelinear regression model. It is to bring out the sulfur and ash relation between coke and coalthrough analyzing lots of experiment datas. It points out that linear regression model maypredict the coke sulfur effectively and direct coal blend and control the sulfur content sothat it can assure the quality of coke. It points that the method is feasible.Finally the paper analysises the relation between coal and blend coal, properties ofcoal and index of coke, coal or blend coal and index of coke, the relation between index ofcoke and so on. Characteristic of coking is analyzed generally. The study can instruct toadjust production structure of coal and quality of coke. It also plays an important role inenlarging scope of using high-sulfur coal, empoldering resources of coal and improvingeconomic benefit. It controls the sulfur dioxide in air to protect environment.
