郑州市邻里交往空间调查研究

【摘要】 针对现在邻里交往冷漠、交往空间行为适应性和地方适应性差的现状,本文通过对郑州市27个住宅区的交往空间进行问卷、访谈、行为观察三种调研模式的调查,以调查资料为依据,对交往空间的交往状况进行分析评论。将住宅区按照不同地段、不同时期、不同成员组成、不同建筑形式四种方式进行分类比较,分析其交往空间设计的现状及误区,结合邻里交往、交往空间的国内外相关理论研究,对适应于郑州市地方特点的邻里交往空间的营造提出强化郑州市邻里交往空间的适宜性、加强交往空间与城市空间的关联、传承交往空间中的地方传统三项对策,为郑州市邻里交往空间的营造提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the current situation of negative neighbourhood communication, bad behavior adaptability and local adaptability in the community, this paper investigates 27 residential area of Zhengzhou on the spot through three models of the questionnaire, interview, behavior observing, then analyses communication situation of the space of community according to investigative data. The paper compares the residential area in four ways according to different location, different period, different member constitution, different building form, and analyses its current situation and mistaken idea about space of community design combining domestic and international relevant theoretical research on neighbourhood communication and space of community, The aim of the paper is to provide three countermeasures of construction for Zhengzhou local neighbourhood communication space, which are intensify the adaptability in neighbourhood communication, strengthen the relationship between the space of commumty and urban space, and inherit local tradition of space of community ,and to offer the reference for construction of Zhengzhou .更多还原
