基于USB接口的自动测试系统的设计

【摘要】 智能仪器是当前电子测量中应用最普遍的一种形式,引入微计算机的智能仪器逻辑运算能力更为强大,使用更为方便。当前的智能仪器一般具有通用的总线接口,其通信协议符合GPIB标准,即IEEE-488标准,因此对于特定的测量任务可以具体分析,组建不同特性的GPIB自动测试系统。 自动测试系统中的指挥者常常是一台专用的控制器,例如惠普公司的HP—85就是专用的GPIB控制器,但是专用的控制器往往价格不菲。作者通过剖析GPIB系统的通信协议,用最普通的单片机89C58作为控制核心,软件上采用C51语言编写相应的通信协议。同时编写了GPIB系统中通用指令的函数集,使得控制器对智能仪器的读写功能由简单的函数调用实现。该系统完全可以代替价格昂贵的专用控制器。 为了使得自动测试系统具有通用性和更好的人机交互界面,在测试系统的硬件设备上扩展USB接口,通过该接口使得测量数据传输到PC机中。并且可以在PC机上编写应用程序来控制自动测试系统。本课题采用PHILIPS公司的USB控制芯片PDIUSBD12作为USB控制接口,实现USB数据的传输。PC机用户界面和程序代码采用Visual Basic编写,程序和D12的通信通过对EasyD12.dll动态链接库中API函数的调用来实现。 RFID系统中天线的品质因数Q是衡量天线性能的一个重要参数,可以采用函数发生器和示波器测量天线的品质因数。测量需要记录多个数据,分析测量的过程的特点,可以采用自动测试系统实现自动测量。本课题硬件采用惠普公司的MODEL 8116A函数发生器和Tektronix公司的TDS1012数字存储示波器以及GPIB-USB接口卡和PC机,软件包括上位机应用程序和下位机固件。硬件和软件相互配合自动测出天线的品质因数。
【Abstract】 The use of the Smart Instruments is the most common form in present electric measurement. The logical ability of the instruments is stronger and the use of it is more convenient. The present Smart Instruments has general interface and its’ communication protocol accords with GPIB standards or IEEE-488 standards. So the given Test tasks can be analyzed concretely and Automatic Test System can be established.A special controller is adopted as the director in Automatic Test System. For example HP-85 produced by Hewlett-Packard Company is a special controller of GPIB. But this special controller is very expensive. Through analyzing the communication protocol of GPIB system, the author of this research paper uses the most common SCM as the control core in hardware and compiles the corresponding communication protocol in C51 language in software. At the same time the general commands function group is compiled which makes the communication between the controller and the Smart Instruments realized by calling in simple functions. This system can definitely replace the expensive special controller completely.In order to make the system possessing more universality and more convenient interface, A USB interface is expanded in hardware. The data of Test are transferred to PC by the USB interface. At the same time the application program can be complied to control the Automatic Test System in PC. In this item PDIUSBD12 produced by Philip Company is used as USB control chip to transfer USB data. The communication between PC and PDIUSBD12 is realized through calling in API Function in dynamic link libraries EasyD12.dll.The Quality (Q) factor is an important parameter in measuring the performance of an antenna. It can be measured by a function generator and an oscilloscope .A great deal of data should be recorded and calculated during Test. An Automatic Test System can be adopted to analyzing the character of the test. The hardwares of this item include 8116A PROGRAMMABLE PULSE/FUNCTION GENERATOR of Hewlett-Packard Company, TDS1012 TWO CHANNEL DIGITAL STORAGE OSCILLOSCOPE of Tektronix Company, the GPIB-USB Interface Card and PC. The software includes the application programs in PC and the firmware in Single Chip .The Quality (Q) factor can be automatically tested through the mutual cooperation combination of the hardwares and the softwares.
