【摘要】 目前,各级人才市场正对我国人力资源配置起着举足轻重的作用,但是,随着人才市场服务功能的多元化,其分布式信息系统却日益暴露出异构系统之间及系统内部各个子系统之间集成性差、难以相互操作的缺陷。本文正是针对这一问题进行相关的研究工作,研究的内容主要包括:采用Web Services、.NET Framework和Visual Studio .NET 2003等新一代分布式系统开发技术解决人才市场异构信息系统之间及系统内部各子系统之间难以集成的问题,并给出了解决方案;将该方案运用于神州人才市场信息系统的开发项目中,验证其有效性。 为了实现该研究目的,主要完成了以下几个方面的工作: 首先,分析了构建分布式系统的三大主流分布对象技术(CORBA、COM/DCOM/COM+、EJB)及支撑分布对象技术的J2EE、WINDOWS DNA开发平台,通过对其进行比较分析找出造成人才市场信息系统难以集成的原因。 接着,深入分析了Web Services技术体系;给出利用Web Services构建人才市场信息系统平台的方案并解决方案实施过程中遇到的主要技术问题,包括安全的Web服务、行业UDDI注册中心等。 然后,将Web Services技术应用于神州人才市场信息系统的开发项目中,主要完成了系统公共Web服务集的设计与实现;同时完成了神州人才市场的网站Web子系统,并通过调用信息查询Web服务集实现和其它信息系统的相互集成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, multiform markets of person with ability are playing a very important role in disposition of human resource. But, with its service functions becoming more and more diversified, some defects such as the difficulty of integration and intercommunion among different systems as well as subsystems in a single system increasingly emerged. This paper just aims at this problem and carries out the interrelated research work which includes the solution of integration among heterogeneous information systems of the market as well as subsystems in a single system using the developing technology of distributed system such as Web Service technology、 .NET Framework and Visual Studio .NET 2003 etc. The research work also includes the application of this solution to develop information system of Shenzhou market of person with ability, which also confirmed the validity of this solution.To achieve the research purpose, the work is accomplished as follows.First, this paper analyses main distributed object technologies (CORBA、 COM/DCOM/COM+ and EJB) as well as J2EE and WINDOWS DNA which support the distributed object technology. By comparison and analysis, it finds out the reasons that result in the difficulty in integration among information systems of the market.Then, this paper analyses the technology system of Web Services deeply, offers the solution to construct the information system platform of the market of human with ability making use of Web Services and solutes the main technological problems such as secure web services 、 PM-UDDI etc which are encountered during the actualization of construction.In the end, the technology of Web Services is applied to the item of developing the Shenzhou market of human with ability and fulfills the design and implementation of the public web services collection of the system. At the same time, the web subsystem of the Shenzhou market isaccomplished and achieves the mutual integration among systems by utilizing web services collection of information inquiry.更多还原
