高性能自密实混凝土的力学性能研究

【摘要】 本文进行了自密实混凝土的配合比、抗压性能、劈拉性能和应力~应变全曲线的试验研究,提出了适合于自密实混凝土力学性能特点的计算方法和计算公式。主要研究成果如下: 1.通过自密实混凝土的配合比正交试验,研究了自密实混凝土的配合比、坍落度和抗压强度。结合自密实混凝土的力学性能和流变性能特点,选出4种主要因素,并按L9(34)正交试验表设计混凝土的配合比,经过试验,排出各因素对指标的影响顺序,从而确定自密实混凝土的最优配合比。 2.通过自密实混凝土的抗压和劈拉试验,根据所选择的配合比做出振捣与免振捣两组混凝土试件,进行同步对比研究。比较免振捣组与振捣组的强度比,研究免振捣对立方体抗压强度和劈拉强度的影响。 3.对于粉煤灰自密实混凝土,选出5种主要因素,并按正交试验的方法设计混凝土的配合比试验,经过试验,排出各因素对指标的影响顺序,确定自密实混凝土的最优配合比。 4.通过粉煤灰自密实混凝土的抗压和劈拉试验,对粉煤灰自密实混凝土在振捣与不振捣两种情况下,比较免振捣组与振捣组的强度比,研究免振捣对立方体抗压强度和劈拉强度的影响。 5.通过自密实混凝土力学性能试验,对自密实混凝土的力学性能进行了研究,探讨了自密实混凝土的抗压强度、抗压尺寸效应、抗拉强度、养护龄期、抗折强度以及各强度指标之间的关系。 6.通过高性能自密实混凝土棱柱体试件全过程受压试验,探讨了棱柱体强度、峰值应变、弹性模量与立方体强度的关系;研究了自密实混凝土在受压过程中的变形,建议了适用于受压应力—应变曲线的数学表达式。
【Abstract】 An experimental research on the behavior of self-compacting high performance concrete under mixing proportion, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and stress-strain curve was performed in this paper. The calculating methods and corresponding formulas which suit the characteristics of the mechanical properties of self-compacting high performance concrete were put forward .The main achievements are as follows :1.Through orthogonal experiments on self-compacting high performance concrete . According to characteristics of mechanics and flowing-alteration of self-compacting concrete, the author screens out 4 main factors and designs mixing proportion of concrete through 3 level L9(34) orthogonal experiment table. By experiments the author also arranges out sequence of every factor to index. Finally the author confirms the best mixing proportion of self-compacting concrete.2. Through the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength experiments on self-compacting high performance concrete . According to the selected mix ratios, two groups of concrete specimens, one of which was made with no vibration, were made, in order to do parallel studies. The comparing of the ratio of the strength of the group with no vibration to its corresponding group, would help us to see that, whether the reducing effect of no vibration on the compressive strength of cubes and the splitting tensile strength is evident.3. Through the experiments on fly ash self-compacting high performance concrete. According to characteristics of mechanics and flowing-alteration of self-compacting concrete, the author selects 5 main factors and designs mixing proportion test of concrete through orthogonal experiment table. By experiments the author arranges the sequence of every factor to index. Finally the author confirms the best mixing proportion of self-compacting concrete.4.Through the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength experiments on fly ash self-compacting high performance concrete. In this text, a new kind of fly ash Self-compacting High Performance Concrete with no-vibration and vibration are concerned. The comparing of the ratio of the strength of the group with no vibration to its corresponding group, would help us to see that, whether the reducing effect of no vibration on the compressive strength of cubes and the splitting tensile strength is evident.5.Through the experiments on self-compacting high performance concrete. This paper introduces an experimental study on mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete, which include compressive strength, effect of specimen size, splitting tensile strength, maintain ages, flexible strength and the relationship between intensity index.6.Through the experiments on self-compacting high performance concrete specimens. In this text , the relationship between the prismatic strength and the cubic strength is obtained .the regression formulas of the peak strain and the modulus of elasticity are established . A unified numerical expression of the compressive stress - strain curve applicable to concrete is put forward .
