数字式干涉型光纤传感器条纹电子计数细分实现方案研究

【摘要】 干涉型光纤传感器因其灵敏度很高而成为光纤传感器研究的一个重要组成部分。利用传统的数字式传感器的条纹细分技术可以实现干涉型光纤传感器大相移测量,并且能够测量出相移变化的绝对值,课题对这种新型的数字式光纤传感器的实现方案进行了研究。 课题主要对数字式光纤传感器的实现方案进行了的理论分析和仿真,通过理论分析和仿真发现,新的实现方案能够得到两路高质量的正交条纹信号,完全可以利用传统条纹计数细分技术进行处理。课题提出了一种软硬件相结合的电子计数细分方案,根据提出的方案提出了一种适用的辨向电路实现方案,对实现方案进行了仿真验证。 通过理论分析和仿真,验证了这种新型的数字式光纤传感器实现方案的可行性,对后续的方案实现有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Interferometric fiber optic sensor is an important category of fiber-optic sensor because of its high sensitivity. If technology of fringe counting and subdivision of traditional digital sensor is used to measure, the interferometric fiber-optic sensor can measure large phase change and absolute phase change. This paper research on the realizing scheme of the new digital interferometric fiber optic sensor.We have mainly made a study of digital interferometric fiber optic sensor’s scheme on theoretical analyse and simulator validating. Through analysing and simulating , it is found that two orthogonal singals obtained from the new scheme completely can be processed by the technology of counting and subdivision of traditional Moire fringe ,if the circuitry parameters are properly selected. A new method of electronical counting and subdivision of fringe signal is provided and is completed by hardware and software matching. A new seuse finding circuit scheme is proposed to match the method of electronical counting and subdivision of fringe signal, simulator validating is performed.The scheme of the new digital interferometric fiber optic sensor is feasible through analysis and simulator validating. It is valuable to the subsequent scheme realization of the digital interferometric fiber optic sensor.
