柴油机电控高压共轨燃油喷射系统实验台设计与仿真

【摘要】 柴油机燃油喷射系统是影响柴油机动力性、经济性、排放性的重要因素。在设计新型柴油机和对老型柴油机升级改造的过程中,对燃油喷射系统的设计必须足够重视。 目前使用的燃油喷射系统主要有传统泵-管-嘴系统和新的电控共轨系统。由于电控共轨技术的优越性,因此这种技术将是21世纪燃油喷射系统的发展趋势,它给内燃机这古老的行业带来的新的生机。电控共轨技术在中小型柴油机上的成熟应用为其在大中型柴油机上的应用提供了经验。但同时由于大中型柴油机的特点,这也给电控共轨技术提出来了新的难点。本文针对在大中型柴油机上装用的泵-高压共轨管-高压油管-嘴系统建立实验台,测试并显示相应的实验结果;再根据给出的关键结构尺寸。并使用数值计算软件对燃油系统喷射过程进行了分析,针对影响燃油喷射系统性能的结构参数,结合设计要求对其进行了设计优化。 通过对燃油喷射系统的模拟数值计算发现,高压油管直径、针阀升程、喷孔截面积是决定燃油喷射系统的最高喷油压力、累积喷油量、喷油持续时间等关键性能的主要因素。文中针对这些参数力图从中找出其变化规律,以便对今后的设计工作加以指导。在高压共轨燃油系统设计时,共轨管容积和燃油压力尽量大,可以有效提高喷射压力,喷射速率;由于循环喷油量大,也应适当增加高压油管的内径;受限于现有实验台条件,最终考核有待今后的实际运行试验。
【Abstract】 The fuel injection system (FIS) is a very important part of a diesel engine, which affects the performance of power, economic and exhaust of an engine. It is must pay attention to the FIS when the new engine would to be designed, or an old one would to be redesigned.Now there are two types FIS to be used in the widely field. One is the system of Pump-Line-Orifice, which is used in the high power engines; the other is the Common-Rail FIS which is used in the low power engines. But automatically controlled technology of the Common-Rail is that the fuel injection system development trend in the 21st century , it bring new life to the long history internal-combustion engine , automatically controlled rail technology maturity at medium and small-scale diesel engine give us some experience about traditional fuel system , brought the new technological difficult at the same time . According used in large and middle scale diesel engine pump- high pressure Common-Rail -high-pressure line - Orifice set up test-bed, test and show the corresponding experimental result; Then according to the key structure dimensions of the design. The keys were analyzed by HYDSIM, the special software for FIS. The factors which influence the performance of the FIS were found, and the design was optimized.The thesis fingers out that the cam profile, the diameter of plunger, the effect shafting of plunger, the diameter of the high-pressure line, the lift of the needle and the total section area of the orifice are the keys for the performance of the FIS. In the systematic design of fuel Common-Rail of high pressure, Common-Rail is in charge of trying one’s best to be great in the volume and fuel pressure, can improve the pressure of injection effectively , injection speed ; Because the amount of oil circulation injection is vast, should increase the internal diameter of the high-pressure oil line properly ; Limited to the existing test-bed condition , The last examination will be remaining in the future test.
