减摇鳍电动伺服系统的研究

【摘要】 减摇鳍转鳍驱动系统一直是电液伺服系统,近年来随着机电一体化的发展,使在中小型船舶的减摇鳍上使用机电伺服系统作为驱动装置成为可能。本文的研究内容就在这个背景下提出的。 本文首先对减摇鳍在水中作复杂运动时鳍轴上的力矩进行了分析,得出转鳍功率曲线。然后对转鳍驱动系统进行了分析,确定了在系统中使用电流环、速度环、位置环的交流电动机控制策略。并针对经典的PID控制器参数进行了调试,在仿真中取得了较好的效果。此外,为使系统能更方便的与微处理器接口,实现驱动系统的数字化,本文还分析了利用增量式光电编码盘实现伺服系统角速度及角度传感器的几种方法。并利用M/T法进行传感器的设计和调试,得到了较好的效果,实现了角度和角速度的高精度的测量。
【Abstract】 The drive system of the fin stabilizer used to be electric-hydraulic servo system In recent years, with the development of the electromechanical integration it is made possible that using electric-mechanical servo system as the drive equipment of the fin stabilizer in small or medium ships. This paper is written in this background.At first, moment of force of the fin shaft is analyzed when ship has a complex movement on the sea in this paper, and the power curve that drive the fin stabilizer is offered. Then the drive system of the fin stabilizer is analyzed. To give a control policy which AC motor is controlled by applying electric current loop, speed loop, position loop in this system. And have a debugging to parameter of the classical PID controller. The results of the simulation are very good. Furthermore, in order to connect with microprocessors more convenient and thus digitizing the drive system, several methods of using an incremental photoelectric coding plate are analyzed to realize an angle or angular speed sensor. At last, the sensor is designed and debugged using floating M/T method and the effect is pretty goodj thus realizing the measurement of the angle and angular speed with high precision.
