普及型欧式木窗数控铣榫机数控系统

【摘要】 在家具、门窗制造和军事等部门的木制构件中经常用到木榫结构,其中最常见的有直榫、燕尾榫、楔形榫等。开榫技术的数控化是我国家具行业、门窗制造行业以及其它行业迫切需要的关键技术。 本文针对各种榫形及榫眼给出其数学描述理论,提出了数控铣榫机控制系统的总体结构和软、硬件结构,对数控铣榫机控制软件以及数控铣榫机加工仿真软件的设计和开发进行了详细的阐述。 数控铣榫机控制系统采用PC与运动控制卡相结合的结构,PC机完成系统中计算量较大的非实时性功能,运动控制卡实现运动机构的实时控制;主要硬件设备采用市场流行的工业PC机和多轴运动控制卡,具有灵活性好、功能稳定、易于维护和可扩充性强的特点,符合开放式数控系统的要求。 给出了数控铣榫机数控语言的指令集和指令格式,并将计算机高级语言编译方法的基本理论应用于数控铣榫机数控程序译码器的设计中,给出了完整的数控铣榫机数控语言文法规则,根据该文法规则,提出了相应的数据结构和算法流程。 在数控铣榫机仿真系统中,采用基于表面的建模方法建立了木榫的三维仿真模型,并对其存储形式进行了详细说明;仿真系统采用与控制系统相同的数控程序译码算法和数据结构,保证了仿真结果的真实性和可靠性;仿真模型的绘制采用OpenGL图形接口,增强了动画显示效果,降低了开发难度。

【Abstract】 Tenon structure is often used in furniture industry, door-window fabricate industry and military industry. Its shape often represents as direct tenon, swallowtail tenon and cuniform tenon, etc. numerical control tenon machine technic is imperative technology for furniture industry, door-window manufacturing industry and other industry of our country.Based on mathematic description theories of tenon shape and tenon hole shape offered in this paper, whole architecture and software structure and hardware structure of numerical control mill tenon machine are bring forward. Design and development for numerical control mill tenon machine control software and hardware are expatiate also.The architecture of numerical control tenon machine is combination of PC and movement control card. The unreal-time calculate functions are processed with PC and the movement institutions are controlled by movement control card. The main hardware, for instance, industrial PC and multi-axis control card is popular in market. So the system has flexible characteristics, its also has jarless functions, easy maintenance characteristics and easy expansion characteristics. All above are up to the mustard of open architecture numerical control system.The instruction repertoire and instruction format of numerical control language of numerical control mill tenon machine are also bring forward. The basal theories of computer high level language compile method are made use of the design for numerical control language of numerical control mill tenon machine and integrate grammar regulation of numerical control language of numerical control mill tenon machine are offered. According to the regular, corresponding data structure and algorithmic flow chart are described.In the numerical control mill tenon machine simulation system, three-dimensional simulation former is modeling with surface based model method. Storage format of the former is defined. The numerical control program decoding arithmetic and data structure of simulation system are same as the modules of numerical control system, so that, the facticity and authenticity of the simulation result can be ensured. OpenGL graphic interface is used to draw the simulation former, so the animation effect of the simulation system is enhanced and the development of the system is made no difficulty.
