【摘要】 随着环境问题的产生与环境法的发展,环境法一体化的趋势日渐趋显。国际环境法和国内环境法的衔接也多了起来,国际环境法带动国内环境法的发展,同时,国际环境法也要通过国内环境法实施。两者互相联系,不可分割。环境法一体化的趋势已经深入到社会生活的各个领域和层面,成为影响人类活动的一个客观过程。 可持续发展理念是环境法发展的理论基础。可持续发展关系到人类的前途和命运,影响到世界上的每一个国家、民族。环境法一体化更是建立在此基础上。 环境法一体化过程分为国内环境法一体化和国际环境法一体化两部分。 国际环境法一体化主要问题主要包括国际环境保护公约的一体化,一些具体的环境保护制度的一体化等。国际环境法一体化也受到一些阻碍,重要原因是环境问题与主权问题,贸易问题,人权问题的联系。要通过经济补偿和其他一些方法解决这些阻碍问题。 国内环境法一体化主要问题包括我国环境立法的一体化和构建路径。我国对环境法的构建路径分很多层面。 国际国内一体化的这一趋势是不可阻挡的。我国环境法一体化的目的是建立在新的适应时代发展的环境法体系。同时,国际上也是如此,虽然因为主权问题和利益也对环境法一体化自觉不自觉地产生一些阻碍,但是解决办法是有的,国际一体化趋势不可避免,它的目标是促进世界和谐发展和可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the environment questions come into being and the development of international environment law, international environment law globally integration become more evident. International environment law and China environment become more link to each other. At the same time, international environment law have to link to each other. Globalation current have penetrated every field and ray of social life, become a impersontlity which affect human activity. Internationalition inhibit every country’s behavior, avoid every country create nocuousness impact.Insistent development concept is the basis of environment law. It link to human being’s fate, inspect every country and nation. Environment law assimilation’s basis is insist development concept.International enviroment law assimilation including China and international. International environment law assimilation includes conventions assimilation and some environment law system..International environment law assimilation are avoided by nations, trading and human rights.We can solve the question by economic ways.International assimilation is unavoided. China’s environment including assimilation and Building ways.From macroscopical, the author also analyze our country and international society the assimilation. The assimilation is cannot be shocked.Our country on how to building the environment law assimilation on many ways .The aim is to build a enviroment law system which accroding to time development. At the same time , international society create some blocks on assimilation because dominion and advantage, the author analyze the promption and blocks.
