兴安落叶松几种代谢产物动态变化的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了兴安落叶松不同部位初生代谢产物(可溶性糖、淀粉和可溶性蛋白质)和次生代谢产物(单宁和黄酮)含量的季节动态变化及地理差异,并对不同代谢产物与温度和光照的相互关系进行初步探讨。结果表明: (1) 不同器官中代谢产物的含量具有明显的差异。树皮是代谢产物(可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、单宁和黄酮)含量较高的部位,而木质部中淀粉含量较高。 (2) 同一立地条件下,兴安落叶松树皮、木质部、针叶和树枝中代谢产物的含量具有明显的季节变化。冬季随温度的降低,可溶性糖,可溶性蛋白,单宁含量均有不同程度的增加,并在休眠期达到峰值。这些代谢产物的积累是植物抗冻力形成的物质基础。而淀粉和黄酮的含量则在夏季出现峰值。 (3) 树皮部位可溶性糖、单宁与树干温度在落叶松休眠期呈现负相关关系,木质部和针叶中可溶性蛋白质与温度呈现较强负相关关系,树皮黄酮含量则与树干温度表现为正相关关系,各个器官淀粉含量与温度呈指数正相关关系。 (4) 树冠不同高度和方向针叶中,上部叶中的淀粉、单宁和黄酮含量比下部叶多,阳生叶中比阴尘叶中多,与光强呈现一定的正相关关系。但是可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白质与光强的相关性则较差。 (5) 不同样地兴安落叶松代谢产物含量也有明显差异。加格达奇地区兴安落叶松树皮部位可溶性糖,单宁含量较高。老山地区各个器官可溶性蛋白、淀粉、黄酮含量比其它地区高。 由此可见,随着外界自然条件和地理位置的变化,代谢产物含量变化有其一定的时空特征,可以认为可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、单宁在落叶松抵御低温胁迫中发挥了积极的生理作用;单宁、黄酮有助于落叶松抵御强光辐射的伤害。
【Abstract】 Experiments were carried out to study the spatio-temporal dynamic features of primary metabolites (soluble sugar, starch , soluble protein) and secondary metabolites (tannins , flavonoids) in adult trees (planted in 1969) of Larix gemlinii. The results showed:(1) There were significant differences in content of metabolites among different organs. The bark generally had more metabolites of soluble sugar, soluble protein, tannins and flavonoids than those in the organs of xylem, needles and branches. While more starch was found in stem xylem.(2) Large seasonal variations were obviously found in different organs (stem bark, leaves, branches, stem xylem). As temperature fell down in period of winter, the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, tannins increased and peaked in January, while starch and flavonoids content peaked in summer. These finding indicates that these metabolites may be actively evolved in plant cold tolerance.(3) Negative relationship between the content of metabolites (soluble sugar and tannins) in bark and temperature was found in dormancy period. Similarly, soluble protein in xylem and needles also negatively correlated with temperature. However, with temperature increasing, positive correlations between the metabolites (flavonoids and starch) and temperature were evident in each organ measured in this study.(4) Leaves at upper part of the canopy generally had higher tannins and flavonoids than these at the lower part of canopy. Similarly, these metabolites in sun leaves were higher than in shade ones. Moreover, positive correlation between them and light intensity was found. However weak or no positive relations between soluble sugar, soluble protein and light intensity were observed.(5) Distinct variation of metabolites content was observed in different sampling sites. Moreover, this variation was organ-specific. The content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and tannins in the bark of larch at the northernmost site of Jiagedaqi were higher than those in other sampling sites of Xiangyang and Laoshan, while peak contents of starch and flavonoids in all the studied organs were found at Laoshan site.In conclusion, soluble sugar, soluble protein and tannins may be actively evolved in plant defense to low temperature stress in dormant season, while they function differently in growing season, which has manifested by the correlations between temperature and each metabolite. Tannins and flavonoids may also help to protect plant from strong light.
