【摘要】 随着科学技术和市场经济的发展以及人们生活水平的提高,人们对供暖空调系统的效果、节能及安全运行等方面的要求越来越高,传统的阀门装置难以满足这一要求。平衡阀和自力式阀门等水力平衡装置正是在这种背景下产生的。 针对平衡阀和自力式阀门在我国出现时间不长,研究尚不够深入和系统,本文从理论和实验两方面,对工程应用中急需掌握的这类阀门的性能、适用条件和选型方法进行了研究。本文主要做了如下几方面的工作。 对SP系列平衡阀进行了流量特性实验,以实验数据为基础:①作出了便于工程应用的线算图。②拟合出了反映平衡阀开度、流量和压差之间关系的计算公式。③指出了SP系列平衡阀性能改进的方向。同时,对现有文献中出现的几种平衡阀选型方法进行了对比和分析,推荐了一种较为合理的选型方法。 对ZY47型自力式压差控制阀和ZL47型流量控制阀进行了性能实验,并依据它们的结构特点和工作原理,提出了选型方法。同时,通过理论分析,指出了压差控制阀和流量控制阀的工程适用条件。 对平衡阀、自力式阀门与电动阀和温控阀的配合应用进行了研究,提出了它们配合应用的一般原则。 对自力式自身压差控制阀,结合工程实际,指出了这种阀门可能的应用场合及所能够解决的问题。对自力式限流止回阀,在分析其结构和工作原理的基础上,提出了选型方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of technology and market economy as well as the improvement of standard of living, The mankind’s demand become higher and higher to the effect of establishment of heating and air-conditioning, the energy conservation and the safety operating of the system, the traditional valve device has been already unable to guarantee the demand. That is the background of balance valve and automatic valves been produced.Aimed the balance valve and automatic valves haven’t been arise no long time, and haven’t been research deeply and systemically, The paper studied the performance the kind of the valve, the condition to apply and method of the type selection in theory and in experiment, those should be know urgently . The main conclusions of the essay have been shown as follows.Much inherent performance experiment about SP series balance valve has been done, based on experiment data: ①The curve of SP balance valve was drawn, which is propitious to engineering. ②A uniform formula included parameters such as regulate degree, flux, pressure difference were simulated. ③ the direction of performance to improve was point out. At the same time, compared and analyzed the several type selection methods about balance valve which were appear in references, commended a kind of reasonable selection means.Performance experiments about ZY47 pressure -difference control valve and ZL47 flux control valve have been done, based on their structure and work principle, presented the method of type selection. At the same time, pointed out the application condition in engineering via the theory analysis.Studied the cooperation of balance valve, automatic control valve, electric valve and temperature -control valve, presented their cooperation -application principle.Combining the engineering fact, pointed out the situation and the problem that self pressure -difference control valve can be applied to or can solved.
