发动机双燃料控制系统的研究

【摘要】 随着空气污染和石油短缺的加剧,使用代用燃料—液化石油气(LPG)作为一种有效的应对策略,越来越受到人们的重视。柴油机被广泛应用于国民经济各个领域,以柴油机为基础实现发动机的双燃料工作,是代用燃料发动机发展的一个重要方向。 本文在前人开发的LPG喷射装置基础上,提出了利用对油泵齿条的直接控制的电子调速器实现喷油量精确控制的解决方案。该方案系统结构紧凑,零件数量少,加工要求低,能够实现执行器与齿条的无间隙连接,有利于提高控制品质,具有工程实用价值。 提出了基于发动机气缸示功图的发动机动态物理模型,该模型能够很好地反映发动机的瞬时转速波动和PID控制器工作周期对控制效果的影响,从而实现了部分关键参数的仿真。该模型的仿真结果对发动机电控系统的开发具有重要参考价值。 完成了对发动机原有油泵的改装,加装了线性比例电磁铁执行器及相应传感器;采用江奎集团的ECU装置,以PID算法为基础,实现了柴油机的数字电子调速,提高了发动机控制系统的柔性,扩展了发动机的适用范围。 在柴油机电子控制的基础上实现了双燃料模式下的全电控工作,能够根据驾驶员的意图和发动机工况的变化自动实现燃料比例的调整,为双燃料发动机的实用化奠定了基础。 实现了发动机的电子油门控制。该功能可针对发动机匹配主机的工作特性通过标定进行优化,减少发动机实际运行的有害排放物并提高主机运行的经济性、动力性。 发动机性能测试数据表明,除双燃料工作模式外,该系统使柴油机性能也实现了较大改善。该研究成果不仅可用于双燃料发动机的开发,也可用于柴油机的改进。 最后,对论文工作进行了总结并分析了存在的问题,提出了下一步的工作方向。

【Abstract】 With the worsened the air pollution and petroleum shortage, a kind of alternative fuel—Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) as a valid solution, is attracting more and more attention. Diesel engine has been used in many fields and is playing an important role in people’s life, so to develop a dual fuel engine from the base of diesel is a concernful research direction for engines which consume alternative fuel.Based on the paper [15], a solution for dual fuel engine was provided, which control the quantity of diesel fuel injected into the cylinder precisely by an electronic governor. In this solution, this governor control the rack directly, the structure is very compact with a small quantity of mechanical parts and the parts are easy to be machined, the actuator can link the rack without any clearance and this is advantageous to improve quality of control. This solution is very valuable in engineering application.Based on the engine internal diagram a dynamical physical model was built. This model can reflect the fluctuating of transient speed and the effect of parameters of PID control. So with this model, simulation for some key parameters was realized. The result of the simulation can direct the research work of electronic control system for engine.The jerk pump was redesigned and the original mechanical governor was replaced with an electromagnetic actuator and its sensor. With JiangKui’s ECU and based on PID, a digital electronic governor was developed. With this governor, the control system is more flexible than mechanical one, and engine can be used in many fields without any modifying.The control of quantity of dual fuel injected was realized based on the electronic governor. This system can adjust the ratio between these two fuels according to the driver’s meaning and the current load of engine. With this system, the dual fuel engine can be put into practice.Wire pedal was realized in this system. With this function, engine can be optimized by calibration according to the character of main equipment, and this is also beneficial to reduce the harmful gas exhausted and make the main equipment more economical and powerful.The result of the engine performance test showed that this system can not only control the quantity of LPG and diesel fuel injected automatically, but also can optimize the performance of the diesel engine.At the end of this paper, a summarization was presented and the work direction of next step is discussed.
