基于有限元的AMS-02顶部支架结构分析与优化设计

【摘要】 本文以AMS-02(The Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer)国际合作项目为基础,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS8.0,对AMS-02的顶部支架(Top Bracket)进行有限元结构分析和优化设计。 在系统学习ANSYS8.0和Pro/E的基础上,分析了顶部支架的结构特点,在Pro/E中建立了三维模型,利用接口技术,实现了数据共享;根据有限元离散化的思想,建立了有限元模型,进行了合理的网格划分,施加了合理的边界条件,进行分析计算。通过试算分析,找到了一种较为合理的有限元计算模型。根据有限元分析的结果,利用强度理论,对顶部支架进行了强度校核。 对顶部支架进行了模态分析,计算出了前10阶固有频率和固有振型,为修正设计提供了理论依据。 利用优化设计技术对顶部支架进行了优化设计。用ANSYS命令流代码编写了详细的分析文件;采用乘子优化工具搜寻设计域,通过直方图了解设计变量对目标函数和状态变量的影响;通过优化设计,我们找到了一个最佳的顶部支架设计参数。 根据优化的结果,利用Pro/E的数据共享功能,对顶部支架进行了试制。通过Pro/E的NC模块和后置处理器,生成了加工中心所用的程序代码,在计算机上模拟了顶部支架的整个加工过程。

【Abstract】 The dissertation supported by the project of the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS-02), concentrates on structural analysis and optimum design in Top Bracket. In the thesis, the large software ANSYS8.0 which is a finite element analysis (FEA) tool is used.At first, we study the theory of FEA and Pro/E. On the basis of the theory, we analyze the characteristics of the Top Bracket and set up a 3-D model in Pro/E. Through the connection technology, we can use the 3-D model in ANSYS. The model is simplified on the basis of its characteristics in the physical and mechanical geometry, and then we establish the FEA model. We discuss the effect that is caused by meshing grids and reduce the error from the quality of the meshing grid. In the thesis, we calculate a few FEA models and find a good one. The stress and displacement distribution are shown in the thesis. As the result, we discuss the intensity of the Top Bracket.Secondly, the mode model of the Top Bracket is established. Based on the model, we calculate the inherent frequency and vibrant graphics, so we can use the data to amend design.Then, with combination of FEA and optimum design, we research a practical optimum design method that is widely used in engineering. During the optimum design, the analytic file is established with ANSYS command code. At last, we find a good result about the Top Bracket.Based on the optimum design result, we manufacture the Top Bracket on CNC vertical machining center. The code in machining center is provided by the NC model and back processing in Pro/E. Before manufacturing, we simulate the process on computer.Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a fast and efficient design tool in modern engineering design. It is important that it can help improve the functions and qualities of the product, reduce the production cost and avoid the repetitious reach work for a new product development, if it is applied to structural analysis and optimum design. So it is necessary to apply the computer simulation research in AMS-02 which is an international large project.
