工程结构设计方案的多目标评价与决策系统

【摘要】 工程的结构设计是一项多层次、多目标的系统工程,大量可测的定量数据和不可测的定性数据并存,其方案的选择往往是错综复杂的多解问题。现行《结构设计规范》要求“技术先进、经济合理、安全适用、确保质量”,这四项之间本身就存在着多目标的取舍问题。仅就最简单的一个结构构件的(如梁)的设计而言,在可用的各种材料、空间、资金、时间等条件下,并且满足相关规范的规定(强度、刚度、稳定性等),有多种设计方案可供选择,而每种方案所能达到的目的和特点不尽相同,如有的方案用料最省、有的施工方便或工期最短等,设计人员要找到综合效益最佳的方案,往往仅凭经验和感觉,难免带来偏差甚至错误。一个构件尚且如此,一项工程设计方案的选择更要抽象得多,难度可想而知。 在各学科知识体系飞速发展、计算机广泛应用的今天,过去那种拍脑袋、凭感觉的做法已不适于工程结构设计方案的决策。本次论文即是通过对结构设计过程系统的研究,借鉴其它学科的相关知识,将定性、定量的数据进行量化处理,建立多种数学模型,并对其在结构设计方案评价和决策中的适用性及实用性进行深入研究,提出了一种综合的方案评价系统。 工程结构设计方案的多目标评价与决策系统的建立,可以提高工程相关人员包括业主对设计方案优选的重要性的认识;客观详尽的模型和数据,克服了以往单凭经验和主观因素的做法所造成的评价失真,更加科学、公正;数字化的模型,易于设计人员掌握操作,使工程设计具有最佳的效率、最佳的品质;同时数字化的模型有利于知识和经验的传承和积累,希望对提高设计师和设计人员整体的素质有所帮助。

【Abstract】 The structure design of the engineering is a multilayers, many system engineerings of target, the metered data that can measure in great quantities and can’ t measure certainly data is keep both, the choice of its project usually is much more complex to solve the problem. Current 《THE STRUCTURE DESIGN NORM》 request" technique forerunner, economy reasonable, the safety apply, insures the quantity" , these four taking or rejecting problems that exists many targets. Design the personnel wants to find out the best project of comprehensive performance, usually only with experience and felling, difficult do not need to bring the deviation even mistake. A piece is still such, an engineering designs the choice of the project to even want that the abstraction have to have another, the difficulty is imaginable.Fly to develop soon in each course knowledge system, calculator extensive applied today, pass by that kind of clap the head, with felling of way of doing is is already unwell in the decision that the engineering structure design the project.This thesis is a research that passes to design the process system to the structure, drawing lessons from the related knowledge of other courses, will settle the data of sex, fixed amount to carry on the quantity to turn the processing, build up various mathematics models, and as to it’ s in structure designing the project evaluation and decisions of applicability and function carry on the thorough research, put forward a kind of project evaluation system for synthesize.The establishment of many targets evaluation and decision system of the engineering structure design project, can raise the related personnel of engineering to include the owner to design the understanding of the importance of the project optimization;Objective and detailed model and data, overcame the former list to really lose with the evaluation that way of doing of experience and subjective factor result in, more science, fair;The model that numeral turn, be easy to design the personnel to control the operation, make the engineering design have the best efficiency, the best quality;Numerical at the same time the model that turn is advantageous to the knowledge and spreads to accept empirically and backlog, do a lot of good towards raising the designer and design whole character of personnel would.
