液压支架的计算机辅助工程分析

【摘要】 为了降低成本,提高采煤经济效益和可靠性,世界各主要产煤大国都在积极开展液压支架的研究。在液压支架投入批量生产前,为保证液压支架的强度和刚度,提高设计质量,需要知道液压支架在各种工况下的应力、应变数据。获得这些数据的主要途径是制做样机,在实验室依标准进行以强度为主的各项试验。该试验耗资耗时,所得数据具有限,对支架整架的强度检验存在严重不足。同时,一些重要结构件由于很难单独进行试验,从而造成了实验室试验的局限性。 为了最大程度的模拟现实情况,节省试验费用,减少设计上的失误,解决样机试验存在的问题,本文提出利用ANSYS结合PRO/E进行三维建模来分析液压支架的受力和变形的方法,从而在一定程度上代替实际工程试验并突破其局限性。进而通过VC++界面编程开发了一套专门的软件包,利用计算机辅助工程分析对液压支架及其重要结构件进行了试验仿真研究。研究的主要内容有:液压支架的力学分析;液压支架整架的试验仿真和重要结构件的计算机辅助工程分析;液压支架CAE分析软件包的编程调试及界面设计。主要成果是:反映实际结构的液压支架三维建模及空间力学分析;液压支架整架的试验仿真环境和模态分析模块的开发研制;对重要结构件分析模块的开发研制;液压支架CAE分析软件包人机界面美化的开发研制。 对液压支架进行计算机辅助工程分析,利用有限元这一数值分析方法,进行计算机求解,可以更全面的提供支架各方面的数据,并可用图形直观的表现出所有单元或节点的位移和应力分布情况,比试验室试验获得更多的资料和数据。这有利于支架的全面优化设计,达到在提高设备性能的同时,降低设备重量及其设计制造费用。同时简单适用的人机界面使得软件包操作方便快捷易用,有利于推广使用。通过对实例分析的结果可以证明该液压支架CAE分析软件包是可行的,相信在研究进一步完善之后,将会有广阔的应用市场并产生一定的经济效益。

【Abstract】 In order to save money, improve the economic efficiency of mining, many countries have launched research of hydraulic powered support actively. The main way to get the stress data and strain data what hydraulic powered support would show under various kinds of operating modes is to make prototype first, carry on a lot of tests that in accordance with the standard. These tests cost time and money, and have many serious deficiencies. Furthermore, some important components are difficult to carry on the test alone, thus caused certain limitation.According to the problems mentioned above, the paper puts forward that apply Computer Aided Engineering(CAE) in developing of hydraulic powered support so as to replace the traditional test, optimization design, save money, and reduce the fault designed. The method is to set up three-dimensional model with PRO/E, then Analyze it in ANSYS. It also developed a special software package through VC++ programming to make operation easy. The main content studied include: mechanics analysis of hydraulic powered support; Computer Aided Experiment of hydraulic powered support and its important components; The programming and debugging of CAE analysis software of hydraulic powered support and interface design. The main achievements are: three-dimensional modeling and space mechanics analysis of hydraulic powered support based on real structure; Development of modal analyzing module; Development of CAE analyzing module of hydraulic powered support and its important components; Development and beautification of the man-machine interface of the software package. Thus it provides abundant information for the design and developing of hydraulic powered support and its important components.Applying CAE in developing of hydraulic powered support, Using Finite Element Method(FEM), solving by computer, which can afford more overall, more accurate data of all nodal points of hydraulic powered support, and can demonstrate displacement and stress of all elements or nodal points with figure, also get more data than laboratory test. Further more, it is more faster, more economic than the traditional test, favorable to the overall optimization design of hydraulic powered support. Accordingly, the weight of the equipment and manufacturing cost can be reduced by a relatively large margin. Moreover, The friendly man-machine interface makes the software package easy tooperate, from which popularization of the software will benefit. In a word, there are important practice meaning to use the software in analyzing of hydraulic powered support and its important components.
