【摘要】 本文从计算机技术应用到企业管理的角度出发,介绍了企业资源计划管理系统(ERP)的来源、发展。而随着时代的发展,面对企业管理和协作所遇到的问题和ERP 系统在外部横向管理上显示出的不足,在详细分析了供应链管理思想和内容后,提出用SCM 弥补ERP 在供应链横向管理功能上的不足,并对ERP与SCM 的结合进行了较为详细的分析和探讨。尤其是在分析了ERP 与SCM 相结合的采购管理策略、内容和需求后,对ERP 与SCM 相结合的供应商管理进行了较为详细的分析和研究,对供应商开发、供应商评估、供应商联盟、供应商绩效管理四大部分进行了深入的探讨。文章针对供应商评估和选择这一供应商管理中的重要模块,提出基于熵的概念和性质,把多目标决策评价中各待选方案的固有信息和决策者经验判断的主观信息进行量化和结合,同时应用熵权系数法的基本原理,建立基于熵的供应商评估与选择模型,实现供应商的优选。并在供应商选择评估系统的功能需求基础上,实现供应商选择决策支持系统的设计。最后,用Power Builder 8.0 和Sybase Adaptive Enterprise Server 11.5数据库实现了设计中的主要业务、完成了关键生产过程的能力分析以及统计过程控制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis introduces the origin, growth of the Enterprise Resources Planning from the view of computer technologies applications within the business administration. Along the progress of age, we face the issue that is lie in business administration and cooperation and in exterior horizontal management when using ERP system. After thoroughly analyzed the thought and content of Supply Chain Management, this thesis draw using SCM to compensate the lack of the horizontal management function of the chain of supply in ERP, and give the detailed analysis and research of the combination with SCM in ERP. Especially, through analyzed the strategy, content, requirement of purchasing management combining SCM with in ERP, we give the detailed and deep analysis and research of suppliers management combination with SCM in ERP from the four aspects included suppliers development, suppliers evaluation and selection, suppliers union and the suppliers performance management. Then this paper focuses on the module of evaluation and selection to suppliers, which is the most important module in suppliers management system. Based on the concept and characteristic of entropy, to quantize and combine the inherent information in every scheme waited for selection and the subjective information of policymaker’s experience judgment, then set up the model of evaluation and selection to suppliers based on entropy that used the basic principle of the right coefficient law of entropy. And based on the analysis of the requirements for the suppliers selection evaluation system, a realizable strategy of the decision support system for suppliers selection is proposed in this paper. Finally, the core business processes of quality management, process ability analysis and Statistical Process Control are implemented using Power Builder 8.0 and Sybase Adaptive Enterprise Server 11.5 database.更多还原
