云南省文山州工业化发展战略研究

【摘要】 自从工业革命以来,工业化就已经成为世界各国经济发展的中心内容。发达国家的历史经验表明:工业化是人类社会发展过程中一个不可逾越的重要阶段,是一个国家或地区从落后走向现代化所必须经历的阶段。任何国家现代化的实现,都必须以工业化的发展为前提。因此,推动工业化的进程,提高工业的化水平,是落后国家或地区在经济发展过程中所追求的目标。本研究针对经济较为落后的云南省文山州,对该地工业的发展水平进行了客观的分析,并在此基础上,对如何推进文山州的工业化进程提出了一些参考性的意见。 本文首先对工业化的概念进行综述,并从理论上论证工业化与经济增长的正相关性。由这样一个正相关性以及文山州的经济状况,我们推断出文山州工业化水平较低。接着,本文从三个常用的判断工业化水平的标准出发,对文山州的工业化水平进行实证分析。分析结果表明:文山州工业化水平较低,工业化进程刚刚起步。因此,加快工业化的进程也就成为了文山州经济发展的迫切要求。关于如何加快文山州工业化的进程,本文先是对一些影响工业化进程的重要因素(对外贸易、外商直接投资、产业集群、产业转移等)进行理论分析,然后在此基础上提出一些相应的措施。另外,在文章的最后,本文还对影响工业化进程的另外两个重要因素:制度因素和城市化进行了初步的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrialization has been being a central content of economical development of each country in the world since Industrial Revolution. Historical experience of developed countries reveals that the industrialization is an impassably vital phase in society development of human beings, and also is an unavoidable moment from backward to modernization in a country or an area. The development of industrialization is a premise for the realization of modernization of any countries. Thus, promoting the development of industrialization and improving industrialization level are in pursuit of goals in economical development of under-developed countries and areas. According to this, Wenshan Prefecture puts forward a development stratagem— an industrially advanced prefecture, namely an industrialization development stratagem. Quickening industrialization development of Wenshan Prefecture is as an important mission of economical development of Wenshan Prefecture. This paper argues academic study of this field.How to improve industrial development and how to realize industrialization of under-developed countries and areas earlier, they have been become an attentional focus by economists. The solution of this problem relates to a series of uncertain factors, such as different sections, different time and etc. One paper cannot answer it easily. This paper makes an attempt on the industrialization development stratagem of Wenshan Prefecture, and gives some suggestions and opinions on how to improve industrialization level of Wenshan Prefecture based on the demonstration analysis, and strives hard to make reference opinions to draft industrialization measures of Wenshan Prefecture in the light of the demonstration study and academic analysis.The first part of this paper primarily summarizes the concept of industrialization, and theoretically argues the positive pertinency between industrialization and economical increase. In accordance with the positive pertinency and economical conditions of Wenshan Prefecture, we conclude that the industrialization level of Wenshan Prefecture is lower. In the second part of this paper, the writer selects measure standards and relative index of industrialization level usually used by economists to demonstrationally analysize the industrialization level of Wenshan Prefecture. The conclusion shows that the industrialization level of Wenshan Prefecture is lower, and the industrialization course just starts, thus,quickening the industrialization course is being a pressing requirement of economical development of Wenshan Prefecture. On how to quicken the industrialization course of Wenshan Prefecture, firstly this paper theoretically analysizes some important factors effected the industrialization course (external trade, direct investment by foreign businessmen, industry shift, etc.), then the third part of this paper puts forward some relative measures. In addition, this paper also studies on system factors, and gives a transitional route of Wenshan Prefecture system. The last part of this paper elementarily discusses harmonious development between citilization and industrialization of Wenshan Prefecture.更多还原
