监控及数据分析系统在污水处理厂的应用研究

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了污水处理的重要性和国内外的发展状况,污水处理的自动控制的发展状况,污水的污染指标,污水处理的典型工艺,重点讲述了昆明市某污水处理厂的Bardenpho/Carrousel工艺。接着介绍了计算机监控系统的发展、特点、分类,重点讲述了西门子公司SIMATIC WinCC的特点和构成。指出污水处理行业由于控制变量的量大复杂,处理的效果事关人民身心健康的大事,必然要采用计算机监控系统,这是一种发展趋势,同时指出西门子公司SIMATIC WinCC监控软件是监控系统的首选。 然后对WinCC监控系统进行开发设计,设计出用于总体监控的导航界面,用于过程监控的过程界面,用于报警监控的报警界面,用于趋势监控的趋势和归档界面,用于报表显示打印的报表界面,还设计了登陆画面,对不同登陆用户进行不同授权。对每一个界面都有其图形设计画面和运行画面,完全利用了WinCC的强大组态功能,更加方便了对污水处理厂的监控。 然后,由于目前污水处理行业目前还没有数据分析系统,这对于更好地监控污水处理过程、容许更广的监督群体、做出正确的决策都是不利的方面,本文提出在污水处理厂将数据分析系统与计算机监控系统集成,建成适合时代需要、更人性化的监控及数据分析系统。数据分析软件采用的是Microsoft Office自带的、操作方便的Excel。首先是要解决数据分析软件和计算机监控软件的接口问题,根据不同的情况,本文指出了三种不同的接口方法。 接着,本文对污水处理厂的数据分析系统进行了开发设计。设计了数据分析导航画面,数据获取画面、柱图分析画面、曲线分析画面、统计分析画面以及数据透视表画面等,以简单实用的按钮的形式来实现不同的功能,这些都是数据分析软件的常用功能,但是对于我们分析污水处理厂的监控数据已经足够。这样,只要我们运行监控和数据分析系统软件,就可以很直观的看出污水处理过程的各个监控变量的值、异常情况及变化规律,从而作出相应操作或得出正确的决策方案。 最后,本文提出对本课题的研究总结,指出本论文研究的成功和不足之处。

【Abstract】 In this paper, it introduced firstly the essentiality and development of sewage treatment, the development of automatic control in sewage treatment, guideline of sewage, model process, and the Bardenpho/Carrousel process of the Kunming sewage treatment plant emphatically. Then it introduced the development, character, kind of the computer supervisory control, and introduced specially the character and constitutes of SIMATIC WinCC. And it pointed out that sewage treatment should use computer supervisory control as the reason of mass and complex control variable and its importance to people’s body and mind. And more, the use of supervisory control is a trend, and the SIMATIC WinCC is chiefly.Then it designed the supervisory control system, navigation interface for total supervisory control, process interface for process supervisory control, alarm interface for alarm supervisory control, trend interface for trend supervisory control, report interface for report display and print, and landing interface for different authorization to different user. It shows every design picture and run picture for every interface. And it uses the power of SIMATIC WinCC, and bring more convenience to supervisor sewage treatment at the same time.Because there isn’t using of data analyze, and this is a disadvantageous for better supervisory control, more extensive monitor colony, more accurate decision-making, it pointed out sewage treatment plant should integrate supervisory control system and data analyze system, and get a timing and humanism supervisory and control and data analyze system. The Excel is ~~seTectect as data analyze software. Excel is from Microsoft Office, and easy to operate. And the junction of supervisory control system and data analyze system should be solved firstly. It presented three kind methods for different situation.Then it developed the data analyze system in sewage treatment. It designed the navigation picture, and buttons to enter different function, such as data obtain, pole analyze, curve analyze, statistic analyze, data rendering. These function is enough to sewage treatment. So we can monitor the variables in sewage treatment process, find abnormity, and operate accordingly ormake precise decision.Finally the success and shortage of this paper is summed up.
