基于SMS的城市供水调度遥测系统的设计

【摘要】 供水管网是供水系统的重要组成部分,它担负着把水安全可靠的配送到用户,并满足水量、水压、水质的要求。城市供水管网的优化运行取决于城市供水调度监测系统的运用,即对供水各环节监测点的数据采集。因此,对于供水管网参数遥测系统的研究具有一定的现实意义和实用价值。 针对我国中小城市供水状况以及城市供水调度系统中,各管网监测点分布范围广、数量多、距离远、不集中的特点,结合公共无线通信技术的应用和发展形势,本文提出一种基于GSM短信业务的远程无线数据采集方案,即利用短消息进行数据传送来实现管网参数的遥测。系统最大的优点就是低成本,具体体现在一次性投资建设成本低,设备成本低,系统运行成本低,系统维护费用低等几个方面。 课题在分析了基于GSM的短消息传输原理的基础上,重点解决城市供水调度运营系统中数据无线远传的问题。最终实现监测数据的自动采集、传送,为供水调度的优化运行提供可靠的依据。具体来说,本文的工作主要集中在以下几个方面: 1、监测中心主机与短信模块的通信。监测中心通过短信模块实现与下位机的通信,从而实现监测数据的接收与监测命令的发送。 2、单片机控制短信模块收发短消息。将现场采集的数据传送到上位机的短信模块,并接收上位机发送的监测命令。 3、现场数据采集系统。用单片机系统实现管网压力、流量的数据采集,并按一定格式存入数据存储区,供传送数据时取用。 4、监测软件的设计。通过简单直观的人机界面显示来反映系统的工艺流程,便于工作人员进行各种操作。

【Abstract】 Pipe network as the important part of the urban water supply industry, takes charge of distributing water to users, and ensures the water flow, pressure and quality. The optimization function of the pipe network lies in the application of the monitor and measure system. That is the data acquisition to the every monitor point. So, this problem is worthy while researching.According to the characteristics of wide distribution area, large quantity, long distant and scatter in the urban water supply industry, and the application and development of wireless communication technology, this paper presents a system of wireless data acquisition based on SMS. This system can realize the collection of pipe network parameters automatically. The most important advantage of this system is low cost. This advantage embodies in several points, low investment, low equipment, low consumption and low maintenance cost etc.This paper mainly resolves the problem of wireless remote transmission of data based on the analysis of the theory about short message transmission. The realization of data automated acquisition and transmission will provide the basis for the optimization function of urban water supply industry. The main points of this paper are as follows.1. Communication between monitor computer and SMS block. Monitor center realizes the spot data acquisition and monitor commands transmission by communicating with the Lower-computer.2. Single-chip computer controls the SMS block receive or send the short message. This part sends spot data to SMS block of Upper-computer, and receives the monitor commands.3. Data acquisition system. It can realize the parameters acquisition of pipe network pressure and the flow by single-chip computer system. Then these data are stored by certain formal for transmission.4. Software design about monitor system. According to the simple and directly perceived technological process pictures, workers can operate easily.
