【摘要】 在信息化建设中,在企业界掀起了一股研究与实施ERP的热潮。但是,人们在研究ERP系统的同时,却忽视了ERP的底层建设—物料清单(Bill of Material)表。传统的产品BOM存在着许多弊端,仅仅考虑产品的结构,而忽视了工艺流程、企业资源和时间等要素,然而,正是BOM这个管理枢纽,把企业各个业务部门通过物料有机地联系在一起。对于制药企业来说,这个问题更为突出;本文分析制药生产和市场的特点入手,根据药业的应用现状,讨论了药业企业进行物料清单重构的必要性;而且就药业企业物料清单存在的问题,提出了物料清单重构的方法和步骤。其中的方法和步骤包括设置物料项目虚项和设计模块化的物料清单技术。本论文就是在这种背景下开展的。 本论文全面阐述了IERP系统的概念、原理和基本模块,深入分析了J2EE体系下,基于MVC模式的Struts框架。分析、设计了IERP的核心模块——规划生控制系统(PMCS)。同时,基于Struts框架实现了这个进行了BOM重构的IERP——PMCS。本论文是云南省信息技术基金资助项目:(项目编号:2002IT03)更多还原

【Abstract】 On the way of informationlism, there is a hard push to study and perform ERP in the world of business. But, when people study the system of ERP, the basic layer of ERP— the Bill of Material was ignored. There are many disadvantages in the tradition BOM of products. People only think about the fabric of products, but they ignore the key elements, such as the process flow, the express resources and time, etc. However, it is BOM (the center of management) that makes every departments working together through materials.In this paper, the concepts 、 principles and fundamental units about the system of IERP are expatiated entirely; A deep analyze is done about the Struts frames on the model of MVC in the J2EE system; The center unit of the IERP -product management control system (PMCS) is Analyzed and designed; The reformed BOM of IERP (the PMCS) is Realized based on the Struts frames.更多还原
