云南省山地地质灾害发育特征及危害

【摘要】 在充分收集、研究前人资料和有效利用多渠道信息的基础上,通过对近期遥感资料的解译、分析、综合研究,采用半定量的方法,将云南省山地地质灾害易发程度划分为5个易发区、3个较易发区、3个偶发区。易发区主要分布在:德钦～泸水～永胜～宁蒗、水富～大关～巧家～东川、梁河～盈江、南涧～云县、禄春～元阳～金平～河口～麻栗坡易发区:较易发区:贡山独龙江、中甸、大理～临沧～会泽～镇雄;偶发区:瑞丽、西盟～思茅～景洪、宣威～文山～富宁。 1949年至2000年,山地地质灾害已造成9300人死亡。21000人受伤,直接经济损失近72亿元。九十年代以来,山地灾害平均每年造成直接经济损失达4.2亿元,平均每年210人死亡。山地地质灾害是导致我省农民丧失生存环境最严重的灾种,以城镇、村寨、交通、矿山、水利水电工程及农田为主要危害对象。 建立了包括1778个地质灾害点和36座县城、64个乡镇驻地、56座矿山,以及153个防治工程相关数据成果、档案在内的云南省地质灾害数据库。为云南省合理开发利用国土资源、制订自然灾害成灾规划和国土整治规划、推动社会经济的可持续发展,提供了重要的基础资料和科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interpretating fresh RS images and introducing half-measurable method, I divide Yunnan province into 5 areas where geological disasters easy occur, 3 areas where geological disasters relatively easy occur and 3 areas where geological disasters occur by acciden,on the basis of former data and other information. The 5 areas are Deqin-Lushui-Yongsheng-Ninglang, Shuifu-Qiaojia-Dongchuan, Lianghe-Yingjiang, Nanjian-Yunxian and Luchun-Yuanyang-Jinping-Hekou-Malipo. The 3 areas where geological disasters relatively easy arises are Dolong River in Gongshan, shangrila and Dali-Linchang-Huize-Zhenxiong. The 3 areas geological disasters occur by accident are Ruili, Ximeng-Simao-Jinghong and Xuanwei-Wenshan -Funing.From 1949 to 2000, the geological disasters had resulted in 9300 people death, 21000 wounded people and direct economic loss $7200 millions. Since 1990, the annualy direct economic loss induced by geological disasters has amounted to $420 millions and annualy person death amounted to 210. Geological disasters endanger towns, villages, highway, mines, water resourse facilities and farmland, Geological disasters worsen farmers’ living environment.The database has been erected, which includes information of 1778 geological disaster spots, 36 counties, 64 towns, 56 mines and 153 preventing projects.It will be very helpful to use landresource in reasons, map out geological disasters plans, promote social and economic sustained development.更多还原
