电子标签辅助拣货系统的初步设计与研究

【摘要】 本课题主要研究了物流自动化领域辅助拣货系统实现的一些理论、方法技术,包括:RS485总线的理论、技术标准,网络通信原理,单片机应用系统的组成原理,数据非易失性存储技术,单片机人机交互技术,以及PC机的串口通信理论和方法,PC机的Windows应用程序开发技术,数据库设计技术等。提出了自定义的通信协议,初步设计了一套以485网络为基础的辅助拣货系统。该系统利用485网络进行远距离通信,组成一个单主多从的通信网络,实现控制PC机和众多终端电子标签的通信,通信方式为主从半双工通信方式,网络通信协议采用数据包的形式,增加了数据包的校验和数据包的重发机制,能够满足系统通信可靠的要求,同时充分利用了单片机串口通信特点,降低数据包的字节数,减少通信量。 研究过程中,充分采用了模块化设计思想和自顶向下设计方法,利用先进的编程工具和编程语言完成系统软件开发。整个研究设计过程经历了系统方案的设计,系统软硬件的设计,以及系统测试几个阶段。 通过本课题的研究,初步构建了一套以485网络为基础的辅助拣货系统,目前已具有电子标签的管理控制功能和一定的订单处理功能,表现出灵活性较强、适应性好的特点,随着该系统的进一步完善和成熟,在物流自动化领域会有良好的应用前景。同时该系统模型及其485网络基础在其他领域也有一定的适用性,如:远距离通信、分布式控制等。
【Abstract】 The thesis mainly studies theories, methods and technologies in the fields of automation of goods flow., including the following: theory and technologic criterion of RS485 bus, communication theory of network, the constitution and theory of singlechip system, nonvolatile storing technology of data, man-machine interactive technology of singlechip, as well as the theory and method of communication with serial port in PC, technology of developing Windows application ,the technology of designing database, etc. And an elementary assistant system of goods picking is built. In the system we carry out far distance communication by 485, form a communication network which has one host and many slave machines, by means of the network the controlling PC machine communicate with mass electronic labels. Master-slave and half-duplex communication is used in the network, and the form of data packet is adopted in communication. Checking and resending mechanism of data packet is used for realization of reliable communication in the system. At the same time the communication advantage of singlechip’s serial port is fully taken in the communication protocol, sequentially the quantity of byte in data packet is reduced, the amount of data in communication is decreased, too.In the research of the thesis, we make the most of modularization design idea and method of design from top to bottom, use advanced programming tool and program language to develop software of the system. The whole research and design has come through the following stages: design of system scheme, design of hardware and software, and system test.After the research of the thesis, we elementarily build up a suit of assistant system of goods picking, now the system has the following functions: managing and controlling electronic labels, processing orders to some extent. The system ischaracterized by high flexibility and good adaptability. With the perfection and maturity of the system, it will have a good future in the automation of goods flow. At the same time, the system model and the foundation of 485 network can also apply in other fields, such as far distance communication, distributed controlling, etc.
