城市生活有机垃圾厌氧发酵后的沼液处理

【摘要】 本文通过实验室研究,对混凝→UASB反应器→SBR反应器工艺处理城市生活有机垃圾厌氧发酵后的沼液进行了研究,具体对混凝,UASB反应器,SBR反应器各个工艺的相对问题进行了探讨,得出如下一些结论: 1.通过采用各种混凝剂对原水进行混凝,找出一种最合适的混凝剂。聚合氯化铝的COD去除率和三氯化铁最高,而硅酸钠的COD去除率最低。对同种混凝剂来说,去除率随浓度的增加而提高,到达到一个极限时,去除率上升十分缓慢。因此在实际运用时,投加量是混凝的经济参数之一。 2.采用城市生活污水厂二沉池中的剩余污泥作为UASB反应器的培养污泥。在水温35±1℃左右时,采用配水,经逐步培养法,通过控制有机负荷OLR,在50多天的时间里完成UASB反应器中的污泥培养,使其有机负荷OLR高达6.0kgCOD/m~3·d,且COD去除率高达85%左右,较常规启动少用1~4个月的时间。 3.使用原水后,培养好的厌氧污泥经几天的冲击,去除效果明显回升,COD去除率可达80%以上。 4.采用SBR反应器作为UASB的后续处理,污泥来自城市生活污泥厂SBR反应池的活性污泥。经几天的冲击后,去除效果明显,可使废水达到二级排放要求。
【Abstract】 The technologic treatment, coagulation-sedimentation, Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor and Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR), has been studied to dispose with based on pilot-scale experiment. Concrete to congeal mixing, UASB reactor, SBR reactor each relative problem of craft carry on the discussion, draw the following conclusions:1. Through adopt various kinds of coagulant mix to congeal to urban life organic rubbish detest oxygen ferment natural pond liquid, find out a kind of most suitable coagulant. COD removal rate of trichloro-iron and polymeric aluminium chloride is most high, while COD removal rate of sodium silicate is most low. To the same kind of coagulant, the getting rid of rate improves with increase of the density, arrive until a limit, get rid of leading and rise very slowly. Generally speaking, while using actually , the quantity of a coagulant should be thought over because of economic parameter.2. When inoculated with surplus sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant and cultivated step-by-step at ambient temperature of 35±1°C in the reactor of UASB, by controlling the organic loading rate. The sludge , in UASB reactor, can be started up within 50 days , with OLR up to 6.0 kgCOD/m~3· d and COD removal rate over 85%, which is little in 1-4 months to start more than the routine.3. After several days’ impact of the urban life organic rubbish detest oxygen ferment natural pond liquid, COD removal rate is rising obviously and over 80% with the trained detest sludge.4. COD removal rate is rising obviously and over 80% with SBR, as the reactor after UASB. The effluent can meet the national sanitary standard for municipal waste water draining.
