产品造型设计的外观质量美学评价理论及研究

【摘要】 在计算机辅助工业设计(CAID)中,产品外观造型质量评价是涉及到艺术领域中的定性但难以定量的美学原则问题,一个合适的评价体系和方法不仅影响到评价结果的准确性,而且也会影响产品设计和生产计划的制定和实施过程。本文参考现有的评价方法,根据产品外观造型质量的特性,提出了应用层次分析法和模糊评价法对家用机电产品造型外观质量从美学角度进行综合评价的思路和方法。 本文主要有以下的工作内容: 1.提出了基于层次分析法和模糊评价法的产品造型质量美学评价方法,成功地将层次分析法和模糊评判法相结合应用于产品造型质量美学综合评价中。 2.通过对产品造型质量的各个评价因素和其之间关系的分析,制定出美学评价指标体系的基本原则,确立合理的评价指标,确立评价指标的层次,从而给出了较全面合理的产品造型质量美学综合评价的指标体系,克服了以前只对产品某一特性进行局部评价的片面性。产品外观造型设计是一个复杂的过程,对产品造型质量的美学综合评价不仅考虑其直接与其有关的特性形态和色彩属性,也考察其他间接关系如装饰属性和人机属性。评价指标的选取具有科学性和可行性。 3.构造出美学评价系统的层次模型,产品造型的美学属性中既包含定量成分又包含定性成分,且涉及的因素又很多,同时其属性具有明显的层次性,适合采用层次分析法(AHP)进行分析确认,建立同一层次评价指标的权重判断矩阵,计算各评价指标的组合权重。对最低层评价指标建立隶属函数,确定相应的隶属度,用模糊评价法进行评价,最后应用和线性加权和法给出产品的综合评价值。 4.应用此方法对昆明某电动车有限公司公司生产的DD3-20型电动自行车进行了产品外观造型美学综合评价。并阐述了产品造型质量美学评价软件原型系统的设计方法和技术,该系统将成为计算机辅助工业设计(CAID)系统中的一个组成部分。
【Abstract】 In Computer Aided Industrial Design (CAID), evaluation to the quality of product’s appearance and form is a matter about esthetics principle. It determines the nature but is difficult to measurable about art’s domain. A good method to evaluate the quality of product’s appearance impersonally and exactly is very needed.Based on the above, the following main problems are discussed in the dissertation.l.This paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method, which is based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation.2.Detailed analysis of the relation between the appearance and form of products and aesthetics’ principle, and the research on the principles of the comprehensive evaluation establishment. Finally to present the very appropriate evaluation indexes of every class.3. Establishment of the hierarchy model of the comprehensive aesthetic evaluation system. This paper used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to confirm the main factors and weight numbers, which influence the evaluation to the quality of product’s appearance. Constructing the judging matrix, and to calculate every index’s weight. This method solves the problem of combination between qualitative and quantitative evaluation existing in the original method to transfer the qualitative evaluation to the quantitative one, thus makes the evaluation method more comprehensive, rational, and scientific. The structure of evaluation indexes oriented to products on designing stage is established. Finally to get the result of the comprehensive evaluation using the linearity-weighted-sum method.4. An example that used the above method to evaluate the electromotive bicycle was presented. This approach was easy to operate, short cut and practical. Papers discussed the means and technology of a prototype system of the aesthetic evaluation of the products. The system will be a part of Computer Aided Industrial Design System.
