云南高原湖泊湖区资源保护与利用及经济可持续发展研究

【摘要】 湖泊是除海洋、河流、地下水之外的一个水体系统,由于其自身的特殊性及城市发展、经济社会发展对湖泊湖区的依赖性,其地位和作用日益突出。但随着湖区经济的发展,城市规模的扩大,人口迅速增长,湖泊湖区环境压力越来越大,导致湖泊遭到严重污染。近十几年来,治理保护湖泊的研究成果层出不穷,绝大多数研究成果,都是针对湖泊自身水体的治理,本论文从湖泊湖区经济社会与湖泊保护与开发利用的角度,落实了可持续发展战略,在保护中开发,在开发中保护,正确处理资源保护与经济社会发展的关系,在湖区建立良性互动模式。对湖区资源环境保护利用和社会经济的可持续发展,具有很强的现实意义和指导意义。 本篇文章主要分成五个部分:首先对国内外一些湖泊环境、湖区经济社会发展的现状、湖泊的功能以及对湖泊研究的方法做了简单的阐述。第二部分主要是针对湖区实现可持续发展的战略目标,在理论上进行了探讨。第三部分主要通过利用抚仙湖作为具体的实证研究,来分析、判断出云南高原湖泊湖区环境、资源保护与经济社会持续发展在矛盾上所存有的共性,从而为实现湖区资源保护与经济发展提出了相应的模式和思路。最后在前面思路分析的基础上,进一步对湖区内产业结构上做了相应的选择、优化以及针对云南高原湖泊湖区资源保护与经济持续发展提出了的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lake is water system different form the ocean, river and ground water one. Because of its speciality and the dependence that cities’ development and economic society have to lake, its position and act are becoming more and more outstanding. But along with the economic development in lake zones, the cities’ scale is enlarging and the population’ rapid growing, the pressure on lakes and lake zones is becoming heavily and heavily. As a result, lakes are polluted seriously. In recently tens years, research results that managed to protect lakes have piled up one after another, all which aim at the management to lakes themselves. This thesis discusses from the economic society in lakes and lake zones and the protection and exploitation, which has strong realistic and guiding meaning to economy, society and ecosystem’ harmonious development of Yunnan, to the protection and exploit to the resources of lake zone and to the society economy sustainable development.In this thesis, there are five parts. First, it introduces the present condition of the lake’ environment and the economic society development in and outside our country. Also, it expatiates simply on the research method to the lakes. Second, there’s some discussion on theory mainly aiming at the strategy goal that sustainable development come out true. Third, taking Fuxian Lake as a real example, it analyzes and judges the generalities relying in the contradicts among the environment, resource protection and sustainable development of economic society of the Yunnan’ plateau lakes and lake zones. Thus, it puts forward the corresponding model and the train of thought. Finally, on the foundation of the above analysis of the thought train, it makes the homologous choices and optimizations on the industrial structure of lake zones, and puts forward the counterplots and suggestions aiming at the resources protection and economy sustainable development of Yunnan’ plateau lakes and lake zones.更多还原
