船舶机舱通风速度场温度场数值模拟

【摘要】 船舶机舱通风的主要目的是在机舱内建立并维持适宜的环境条件(温度、湿度、空气流速、清洁度和空气成份等),良好的通风效果可以为工作人员提供舒服的工作环境,有利于电器设备的正常工作,还可排出油气减少事故的发生。在目前机舱通风的设计中,机舱通风的的风口布置是根据经验来安排,并没有提供一个准确的方法。机舱通风效果也是在船舶建造完毕后才能知道,如果能提前了解到机舱通风效果,据此来改进送风口布置和风量的分配,以形成合理的气流组织,达到良好的通风目的。本文借鉴空调通风的成功经验,应用CFD技术,以一条集装箱船机舱为研究对象,对机舱内空气流动进行数值计算和模拟,最后得出了机舱通风的速度场、温度场。根据模拟出的结果来分析机舱通风设计的效果,来设计出更好的风口的布置和风量的分配。为机舱通风设计提供了一种方法。本文的主要内容包括: 1.介绍了通风设计的方法,确定了课题的研究目标。 2.详细分析湍流流动与换热的机理,建立相应的数学模型。 3.应用PHOENICS对机舱内空气流动进行数值计算,对结果进行分析,并对不理想的地方加以改进。
【Abstract】 The main purpose of ventilation in marine engine room is to set up and maintain a suitable circumstance (temperature, humidity, velocity, purity) both for the engines and engineers. It also can avoid some accidents that are brought owing to gather of gas of oil. Present ventilation Design of marine engine room depends on experience instead of specific method. Effect of ventilation of engine room doesn’t be known until ship is build. Inlet of ventilation can reasonable arranged and wind flux can be distributed if ventilation of engine room is know before ship is build in order to form a good structure of airflow thereby gaining a good purpose of ventilation. This article use condition ventilation for reference to study engine room of container ship applying CFD technique. Field of velocity and temperature in engine room are obtained through simulation of ventilation of engine room. Inlet of ventilation and distribution of wind flux in according to the result. That offers a method of design of ventilation of engine room. The main works includes in the thesis are as followed1. Introducing ventilation of engine room and establishing aim of task.2. Some basis elements of the turbulence flow and heat transfer are discussed in detail and build relevant math model.3. The flow model of the engine room is calculated by applying of PHOENICS. Anglicizing result and mending reasonless place.
