基于组态王DY200010-00液压克令吊的模糊PID控制

【摘要】 在液压系统领域,克令吊的运用非常普及和广泛,尤其是港口和船舶。总之,克令吊与国民生产和生活息息相关,有着极其重要的意义。 目前国内的克令吊基本都是手动操作,工人凭借工作经验来操纵克令吊,这样就增加了失误率并且降低了工作效率。这种落后的监控和管理机制远不能适应生产和科技发展的要求。随着智能控制的迅速发展,精确、便捷与实时控制成为了当今智能液压控制发展的趋势。 本系统对大连海事大学船舶机电配套产品研发中心的DY200010-00液压克令吊的运转情况,采用基于工业自动化组态软件的微机监控系统,结合传感器技术、Matlab仿真技术和微机监测技术构建了现代化计算机监控系统。 考虑到室外温度、压力等条件变化显著,且还有许多干扰因素,克令吊模型不易精确确定。所以只有合理、有效的控制系统设计,才能最大程度的体现液压智能控制系统的优势,即精确与稳定的特点。因此,本系统通过采用模糊控制的方法对PID的参数进行在线调整,增强系统对不确定性因素的适应性,来实现对液压系统的控制,最终取得了比较理想的效果。主要步骤是先编写控制算法和控制程序,用Matlab软件中的Simulink为仿真工具,再通过计算机仿真给出控制效果,最后利用Kingview组态软件实现克令吊的实时监控。 本系统具有信号采集、趋势分析、预报警分析、辅助功能和帮助系统等功能,能对各种监控参数进行动态管理和报表自动生成及打印,而且运行灵活,能够很容易的进行改、扩建。 本系统实现了克令吊的实时监测与动态管理,提高了克令吊的自动化监控水平。
【Abstract】 In the field of hydraulic system, the purpose of crane is very popular and abroad, especially in port and on ship. In a word, the crane is closely related to people, and this means it is significant to people.At present, the workers operate crane by hand in our country, and manipulate crane through their experience. This increases ratio of lapsus and decreases work efficiency. The laggard monitor and control and management mechanism can’t suit to the request of the yield and development of science and technology. Today, precision, convenience, and Real-time control become the developing trend of hydraulic fluid intelligent control, along with the progress of intelligent control.The system constructs DY200010-00 hydraulic crane at research and exploits center of outfit product of shipping mechtronic of Dalian Maritime University into a monitor and control system of computer, through adopting survey and control system of computer on the basis of configuration soft of industry automatization, combining with sensor technic, Matlab Simulink technic and surveying and measuring technic of computer,.The crane model can’t be founded exactly because of the enormous changes of conditions such as temperature and pressure and other interfere factors. So the advantage of hydraulic intelligent control system, that is, exactness and economy can be exhibited furthest only by designing control system rationally and effectively. This system realizes control of hydraulic system through fuzzy self-tuning PID parameter on-line, increasing adaptability of the system to uncertain factor, and finally acquiring the ideal effect. The approach is compiling controls arithmetic and controls procedure, emulating with computer through the simulink tool of Matlab soft, and realizing Real-time monitor and control by the Kingview configuration soft.This system has many function such as collecting signal, analyzing trends, analyzing forecast, assisting and helping system, also it can execute dynamicmanagement of supervisory parameter, create report forms automatically, run at random, and it can be rectified and expanded easily.The system realizes Real-time monitor and survey and dynamic management, and it improves the level of monitor and control of hydraulic crane.
