【摘要】 配送作为物流中一个重要的直接与消费者相连的环节,随着物流活动的深入而不断的发展起来,对物流活动的顺利开展发挥着重要的作用。商业配送是商品经济发展的产物,积极推动着商品销售业的发展,对国民经济具有重大的贡献,因此越来越受到政府和实业界关注。 本文首先介绍了配送的相关理论,包括配送的基本概念、作用、环节及类型。然后通过对比发达国家的配送现状,分析了我国的物流配送现状,包括我国配送发展的不利因素、市场环境以及WTO对我国配送业的影响。接着通过定性和定量方法对我国物流配送的前景进行分析。在对现状和前景分析的基础上,本文提出了现代商业配送的三种模式——配送中心模式、配送网络模式与电子商务配送模式,这也是本文的重点所在。最后是案例分析,分析了大型零售企业沃尔马超市在物流配送方面的成功经验,对我国商业企业配送的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。 本文在进行物流配送的前景分析时进行了定量分析,运用了时间序列法进行预测,建立了预测模型,并利用EVIEWS求解。预测结果表明我国的未来三年的物流配送市场潜力巨大。在配送中心模式的分析中,本文利用数值分析法对配送中心的选址问题作了定量研究,通过EXCEL求解,分析了面对不同的客户群如何确定配送中心的位置是最经济可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Distribution, as an important segment of logistics activity which links with consumers, rises up by degrees with its deep going and plays a significant role on its smooth developing. Commercial distribution is the product of the development of commodity economic, which promotes the development of sales business and plays a important role "in international economic, so it gets more and more attention the government and enterprises.The paper introduces the relative theories about distribution, including its conception, characteristic, function, segments and types, which let us have a principle understanding. Then analyzes its present condition and its foreground. Through comparing with the developed countries and analyzing the disadvantage factors, the market environment in our country and the influence of WTO. Then makes a qualitative forecast to its prospect using the data of imports and exports trade. The focus of the paper is the three kinds of distribution mode — distribution center, distribution network and electronic commerce distribution. At last, take Walmart for example, analyze its successful experiences in the aspect of distribution.This paper has two parts of qualitative analyses. When forecasting the prospect of the development of distribution, Time -sequence method is used to set up the mode and EVIEWS software is used to solve the results. When fixing the position of the distribution center, data-analysis method and Excel software are used.更多还原
