快递企业国内服务网点布局研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的迅速发展,快递业作为一个新兴的产业展现出了蓬勃的生机。各种类型的快递企业在快递领域中迅速发展。 快递服务网点的布局对于快递企业的发展尤为重要,服务网点的数量及分布直接反映了快递企业的服务水平。快递企业现有的服务网点布局是否合理,各网点在快递网络中的地位和作用是否妥当,服务网点的拓展过程中,哪些城市(地区)应该作为首选,各级集散中心如何设计这些问题,都直接影响到企业的效益。 快递服务网点的布局涉及到快递网络、快递市场需求、快递行业竞争等多方面的内容。本文对其进行了相关的定性与定量的探讨,最终提出了快递企业国内服务网点布局的优化方案。对于快递网络以及快递网络中的快递服务网点本文给出了定义,并提出了快递网络的分类方法。对于快递市场的需求进行了定性与定量的探讨。针对快递市场的发展现状和市场格局,将市场需求因素与行业竞争因素进行了分析和比较。在以上研究的基础上,建立了影响网点布局的指标体系,利用综合评分法、层次分析法、系统聚类法等数学方法,提出了快递企业国内网点布局的优化方案,并以某快递企业的具体数据为基础,进行了数据模拟,对新开拓网点进行了选择,对各级集散中心进行了调整,并验证了优化方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 Various express enterprises have been developed with the increase of china’s economy.The service nodes on the express network is very important for express enterprises, the quantity and layout of the nodes are directly the reflection of service level. No matter the layout of service nodes is reasonable, no matter the position in the express network is appropriate, which city should regarded as the head and which kind of hubs should be designed in the course of network expanding, which directly influence the profit of enterprise.The layout of service nodes is influenced by express network, the demand of express market and the competition of express enterprises etc. This paper has carried on correlative research and has finally put forward the optimization solutions.The paper gaves out the definition of the express network and service nodes, and puts forward the method of partition of express network, and has quantity and quanlity research on the demand of express market, and analyzes the demand of express market and the competition of express enterprises. On the foundation of above, the paper puts forward the optimization solutions by the application of comprehensive marking method, AHP, clustering. The concrete data with certain express enterprise are the foundation, and the paper has carried on the data simulation, the selection of the new nodes, the adjustment of the hubs, and have verified feasibility of optimization solutions.
