基于机群网络的沥青混凝土搅拌设备控制系统

【摘要】 本文以机群网络环境下的沥青混凝土搅拌设备为研究对象,结合国家863 计划项目“机群智能化工程机械”,研究了沥青混凝土搅拌设备控制系统这一关键技术,完成了相应的软硬件设计。论文的主要工作如下: 1.根据沥青混合料的生产工艺,提出了控制系统的任务、功能以及技术要求。构建了基于上下位机的控制系统硬件结构,下位机采用可编程控制器(PLC),上位机采用工控机(IPC)。2.研究了工艺设备的启停控制、配料计量、放料搅拌、成品料的运输储存等关键技术,并采用STEP7 设计开发了控制系统的现场控制程序。3.根据控制系统的总体要求,采用Visual C++开发了Windows 平台上的监控软件和信息管理软件。其中采用了Win32 API 函数自定义类,实现了多线程无堵塞的串行监控,应用ADO(Active Data Object)技术实现了配方、生产报表、故障记录等ACCESS 数据库的管理,并在系统中实现了串行通信技术和ADO 技术的有机结合。4.深入研究了配料计量这一关键技术,在分析配料计量模型的基础上,提出了二次自学习的控制策略,设计开发出相应的控制程序,在系统中实现了精确计量配料。5.研究了工程机械智能化机群网络中沥青混凝土搅拌设备的数据通信技术。经系统调试和应用工程实践,表明所开发的控制系统设计合理,功能完善,运行稳定可靠,生产出的沥青混合料能够满足高等级公路施工建设的需要。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the control system of the asphalt concrete mix plant based on the construction machinery group is developed, which plays an important role in national fundamental construction. In favor of 863 state program “machine group intellectual construction machinery”, the control system of the asphalt concrete mix plant as one of the core technologies is researched and the hardware and software of the control system is developed. The dissertation combines theoretical analysis, control method and design skill. The main works are as following: 1. The task, function and the technical requirement of the control system is presented based on the production process. The master-slave frame is constructed. The slave is programmable logic control system,and the master is a industrial control computer. 2. The key technology of the field control, which consists of equipment startup and shutdown, metage, mixing, transportation, serial communication modules, is introduced, and the program is designed by STEP7. 3. The supervisor and information management software of the master is developed under the Windows platform by Microsoft Visual C++. In former module multithread unlogged serial communication is realized with the user-defined serial port class called Win32 API functions. In the later module the ADO technology is adopted to manage the ACCESS databases, which stored recipes, production report, error recording etc.. 4. The metage as one of key technologies is discussed. The control strategy of double self-leaning is given according to the model of the weight process. The asphalt mixer can be weighted precisely by the proposed method. 5. The communication technology of the plant in the network of the machine group is discussed. And the net interface is designed. The control system of asphalt mix plant is successfully developed and tested. Engineering application shows that it has good performance and stability, and meets the demand of the building of first rate highroad.
