基于SmartPro的管控一体化的设计与应用

【摘要】 随着计算机技术与过程控制技术的发展,人们对过程控制的目标已经提高到信息的集成与加工上,换句话说,就是利用计算机对来自企业生产、管理、销售等各个层次的信息进行整理加工,以挖掘企业自身潜力,提高劳动生产率,提高企业自身的竞争能力。因此,如何利用管控一体化技术对生产过程进行管理和控制越来越受到企业领导的关注。同时将先进控制技术用于生产,可以达到提高产品质量、降低成本的目的,成为提高企业效率最有效的途径。本文在研究了计算机管控一体化在实验室一套过程控制装置中的应用,分别对温度和液位做了先进控制,技术管理报表和Web 技术在管控一体化中的应用。并针对格灵化工公司制酸系统的转化炉温度应用先进控制技术算法进行了仿真研究。本文首先在绪论中对流程工业管控一体化做了总体介绍,接着介绍了集散控制系统的体系结构、优点和特点以及发展趋势,并说明了课题提出的背景和作者的主要工作。在第2 章中,详细介绍了实际的控制对象AE2000A 型过程控制装置和SmartPro软件系统的构成。在第3 章中,主要介绍了自整定PID、单神经元自适应PID 和无模型预测控制的原理、设计以及结构形式等,并在后面给出了3 种控制器的相关参数。在第4 章中,主要研究了3 种先进控制算法在实验装置上的组态方法,整定方法和报表的设计,最后介绍了基于B/S 模式的数据访问。在第5 章中,利用系统正常运行时的输入输出数据记录,建立对象的数学模型,并将先进算法应用在温度控制中,给出了相应的结果。最后,总结了全文内容以及所取得的成果。
【Abstract】 With the development of computer technology and process control technology, the goal for process control have been enhanced to the integration and disposal of information. In other words, it take advantage of all kinds of information to exploit enterprise’s potential, enhance productivity and ability of competition. The leader of enterprise attend how to use CIMCS(Computer Integrate of Management &Control System) to mange and control production process. In addition, using advanced control technology to production can improve product’s quality,reduce cost. It is the most effective approach of enhancing the efficiency of enterprise. In this paper, it research the application of CIMCS in process control setting, control the temperature and liquid level in advanced control technology, apply technical report and Web technology in CIMCS. We aim at the temperature object in GeLin Chemical corporation, it is done that the research of the application of the advanced control in model. In the introduction, author especially introduces the CIMCS constitutes structure and function, then expatiate the system structure , advantage, trait and trend of DCS. Finally, it emphasizes the background of the task and the author’s mostly work in this task. In chapter 2, it detailes the AE2000A process control setting’s structure, trait and safety precautions and. SmartPro software’s constitutes. In chapter 3, the author introduces the auto-tuning PID, signal neuron adapting PID and MFAP controller’s control theory and design. Subsequently, controller’s correlative parameters are given. In chapter 4, based on the controller, it is studies the configuration in AE2000A setting by three advanced control arithmetic. Then the author design a report, as well as the realization of the B/S mode in the intranet. In chapter 5, we note the data of input and output in the course of nature run, then establish the model, studies that the advanced control apply in the temperature control of stove, and the result is gotten. At last, it is summarized that all the paper content and achievements.
