基于粗糙集的风险投资项目评价

【摘要】 在当今世界,知识经济(Knowledge-Based Economy)迅速兴起并蓬勃发展。而风险投资作为高新技术成果产业化、市场化的重要辅助系统迫切需要一套科学、客观、可行的项目评价系统为其提供投资决策支持。风险投资在培育高新技术企业和推动高新技术产业发展方面发挥了商业银行等传统金融机构和公开资本市场无法替代的重要作用。但由于市场前景、技术、宏微观环境等各方面都存在不同程度的不确定性,风险投资是名副其实的高风险性的投资行为。一般来讲,每个风险投资公司每年收到上百件的投资申请,如果没有一套严谨有效的评估方法体系,就难筛选出比较恰当的投资项目。本文从风险投资机构的角度出发,根据国外成熟的风险投资运作经验,借鉴规范的项目评估决策程序,确定影响风险投资项目成败的关键因素,并借助现代的数学理论方法(粗糙集),构建了基于粗糙集的风险投资项目评估模型及其扩展形式,发展和完善了风险投资综合评价方法,为我国成长中的风险投资家提供项目评估决策的有益支持。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, Knowledge-Based Economy shows up in a short time and develops boomingly. As an important supporting system of Knowledge-Based Economy and high technology marketing and industrialism, venture capital urgently needs a series of effective evaluation system to supply decision support before investing. Venture capital plays an important role that traditional financial institutions such as commercial banks and open-capital market can’t substitute to cultivate new high-tech enterprises and promote the development of high-tech industry. But because of uncertainty in markekt prospect, technology, macroscopic and microscopic environment, etc, venture capital is a qualified high-risk investment behavior. In general, each venture capital firm receives hundreds of application every year. It’s difficult to screen appropriate investment projects without a series of effective evaluation system. From the propective of ventue capital organizations, according to the ripe risk investment operation experience in foreign countries and normal decision prodecure, this paper attempts to decide key factors that influence the result of the risk investment projects, structure risk investment projects evaluation model and expanded model based on Rough Set that the evaluation is expected to offer growing captilist benefitful support to projects evaluation, develop and improve the comprehensive appraisal method of venture capital.
