压缩空气冷冻干燥机系统的优化研究

【摘要】 随着经济的发展,在现代工业中,压缩空气作为常用的动力源使用越来越广泛。为了除去压缩空气中的水分等有害成分,冷干机得到了最广泛的使用。同时,由于冷干机应用的广泛,冷干机制冷系统的能耗和运行费用的增多,对冷干机系统的研究也就变得越来越重要,特别是在能源短缺的情况下进行这方面的研究具有很大的现实意义。因此,本文对冷干机系统进行了分析和研究,主要做了以下几方面的工作: 1.在对冷干机制冷系统进行分析的基础上,建立了冷干机制冷系统的数学模型,利用开发工具Visual C++开发了冷干机制冷系统的设计应用软件,对冷干机制冷系统进行了设计计算。 2.蒸发器和预冷器是冷干机系统的重要组成部件,为此,本文对蒸发器和预冷器建立了数学模型,并开发了应用程序。根据开发的程序,对蒸发器和预冷器的性能进行了分析,分析所得的结果对冷干机系统的优化设计和新产品的开发有十分重要的指导意义。 3.根据年偿付费用最低这一优化准则对冷干机系统进行优化设计。本文以年总费用最低作为系统优化的经济准则和目标函数,以压缩空气进入蒸发器壳侧的温度为优化参数,同时详细也分析了换热器结构参数对年偿付费用的影响。最后的分析结果显示,优化后的冷干机在年偿付费用方面可以节约20%左右。

【Abstract】 As the development of the society, the compressed air refrigeration dryer is used more widely. Because of the shortage of energy in recent years, the demand of saving energy is a development trend to the compressed air refrigeration dryer. So this thesis mainly studied the performance of the compressed air refrigeration dryer. The main research contents are as follows:1. Based on the analysis of the system of compressed air refrigeration dryer, the mathematical model of the system was established. And by using the computer language of Visual C++, the applied software to design the system was developed.2. By analyzing the heat transfer of evaporator and pre-cooled exchanger of compressed air refrigeration dryer, a computer program was developed. Analyzed the influence of geometry and thermodynamic parameters, the trend of the over-all heat transfer coefficient was obtained. At the same time, the influence factors on the pressure drop of the compressed air was analyzed.3. According to the economic optimization rules, a mathematical model was established. By developing the computer program, the optimum temperature of compressed air when it leaves the pro-cooled exchanger to evaporator was calculated. Compared calculation results with experimental datum, which shows that the optimized refrigeration dryer will save cost by 20 percent every year.
