热电式微电源设计及性能研究

【摘要】 热电式微电源是提供温差源,利用半导体的赛贝克效应,直接将热能转换为电能的设备,它具有可靠性高、无运动部件、无污染、无噪声等优点。随着高性能的热电材料出现,热电式微电源的应用范围日渐广泛。 本论文介绍了了热电式微电源的研究现状,研究了热电器件的热电性质,热电式微电源设计的方案,设计了实际可用的设备,并通过仿真进行优化研究。论文主要包括绪论、相关理论和热电器件的研究、热电式微电源的设计、仿真研究及总结和展望等部分。 绪论介绍了国内外在半导体热电材料及热电式微电源方面取得的进展及研究现状。同时说明了本文的课题来源及主要研究内容。 相关理论介绍了热电式微电源相关的理论:热电效应的基本原理、热电材料的性能参数以及热传输的相关理论。 热电器件的研究从热电器件的理论模型推导出考虑接触效应的实际模型,通过实验对不同对数、相同高度及相同对数、不同高度的热电器件进行测试,研究其热电性能及接触效应的影响。 热电式微电源的设计对热电式微电源的三个部分分别提出多种设计方案,采用切实可行的设计并实现了几种不同规格的热电式微电源,并对宏观的功率输出进行了初步的测量。 仿真介绍了ANSYS仿真软件,对热电器件进行了稳态的热分析,对热电式微电源整体的传热进行了瞬态的热分析。通过仿真来实现对热电式微电源的整体设计的优化。 论文最后对全文进行总结,指出了工作的成果及不足指出,并提出了改进方案和今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 Thermoelectric micro-generator is a device that provides difference in temperature and can convert directly heat energy to electricity employing seeback effect of semiconductor. It has many advantages such as high reliability, no motive part, no pollution, and quiet. With the appearances of high performance the thermoelectric material, the application scope of it expands.Introduced research of thermoelectric micro-generator in the world, we study the thermoelectric properties of the thermoelectric device and the thermoelectric micro-generator’s design method, design the practical device, and optimize the design by emulation. The dissertation is divided into introduction, relational theories, the research of the thermoelectric device, the design of thermoelectric micro-generator, emulation and the summarization and expectation.In introduction, we expatiate the development of the research in semiconductor thermoelectric materials and thermoelectric micro-generator. We also explain the part the research’s source, research content.Relational theories introduce the fundamental principle of thermoelectric effects, performance parameters of thermoelectric material and theory of heat transfer.The research of the thermoelectric device deduces the practical model from the theoretical model. By experiment of the different number of the pair of thermoelectric unit with same length and the same number of that with different length, analyze the thermoelectric performance and the effect of the contact.The design of thermoelectric micro-generator gives a few design plans of the three parts of thermoelectric micro-generator, realizes several thermoelectric micro-generator with different size and tests the output.Emulation introduces ANSYS software, analyzes stable heat conduction of thermoelectric device and transient heat conduction of thermoelectric micro-generator by finite element method (FEM), and provides calculation and optimization for further design and analysis.At the end of dissertation, it is summed up the work and brought up the deeper research aim.
