高温多相流风洞设计及基于组态软件平台的热工监控系统的研制

【摘要】 本课题所研究的内容主要包括两大部份:高温多相流风洞实验台的设计和热工监控系统的设计开发。在浙大热能工程研究所内建立高温多相流风洞实验台属于校重点项目,为了保障该实验系统的可行性,一套稳定、可靠的实验台监控系统是必不可少的。本课题尝试使用“组态王”为其开发上位机软件,并结合上海桃浦工业区污水处理厂焚烧炉监控系统的开发与实施,深入探讨了在“组态王”开发平台上小型热工监控系统的研制。热工监控系统的设计开发是本课题研究的重点。 根据小型热工体系对计算机监控系统的功能要求,监控系统采用适合工业现场应用的计算机作为上位机,可编程控制器 (PLC) 作为下位机与参数传感器、变送器、操作控制器等组成集散控制系统(DCS),自动监控运行现场。整个DCS系统包括数据监视与自动控制两大系统功能,保证了热工系统的安全、稳定运行。 本课题设计开发了两个热工监控系统,其基本原理是一致的,所不同的是二者采用了不同的下位机配置。高温多相流风洞实验台监控系统下位机采用SIMATIC S7系列PLC,由STEP 7软件包开发下位机软件;上海桃浦工业区污水处理厂焚烧炉监控系统下位机采用MODICON Quantum系列PLC,在Concept编程环境下,利用梯形图编辑器开发下位机软件。二者都完成了PLC系统的数据采集、控制回路的运行等功能。而上位机软件都统一以“组态王”(KingView)为开发平台,利用通用组态软件的优越性,实现了系统安全管理、数据管理、界面显示、控制调整等功能。 本文监控系统的具体实施证实了由“组态王”开发上位机软件的优越性,它不仅简化了上位机软件的开发过程,而且便捷的实现了上位机与下位机之间的通讯,使PC和PLC能够共同协作,形成一套人机界面友好、组态功能强大、运行稳定可靠的热工监控系统。

【Abstract】 The main contents of this paper have two parts. One is the design of laboratorial equipment of the high-temperature multiphase-flow wind tunnel, the other is the de ve 1 opment of thermal engineering monitoring and controlling system. The building of this wind tunnel in Institute of Thermal Power Engineering of Zhejiang University is a major item according to the school. To ensure the feasibility of laboratorial system a steady.dependable monitoring and controlling system is necessary. This paper based software of PC on KingView. Combining the project of Shanghai Taopu industrial estate sewage factory this paper has discussed the usage of KingView more. The emphasis of this paper is design and development of thermal engineering monitoring and controlling system.According to the small thermal system’s request, the monitoring and controlling system adopts a total distributed control system(DCS) constituted by a Personal Computer (PC),a programmable logic controller(PLC) and thermal power engineering signal sensors,sender,controller, etc. The whole DCS is used to monitor data and perform automatic control, which ensures that thermal systems run safely and steadily.This paper has developed two systems of thermal engineering monitoring and controlling. The two systems are based on same basic theory, but they use different sets of PLC. The monitoring and controlling system of high-temperature multiphase-flow wind tunnel adopts SIMATIC S7 PLC, and its software is made with STEP 7; The system of Shanghai Taopu industrial estate sewage factory adopts MODICON Quantum PLC, and its software is made with LD editor in Concept. They both perform functions of collecting data and operating automatic control loops. Due to the advantage of universal configurative software, the software of PC is designed with KingView fulfilling the functions of system security management, data management, interface display, control adjustment, etc.The practice of this kind of monitoring and controlling system has proved the advantage of KingView which simplifies the developing process of PC software and fulfills the communication between PC and PLC easily. So PC and PLC can cooperate well to form a friendly interface, strong configuration, steady dependable run thermal engineering monitoring and controlling system.
