新型双作用叶片式转向泵的节能研究

【摘要】 转向泵是汽车液压动力转向系统的核心部分,由于常用的双作用叶片式转向泵存在着较大的能耗问题,因此节能一直是液压动力转向系统研究的重要课题之一。本文提出了一种新型的采用双联泵结构的叶片式转向泵,目的在于降低转向泵的能耗,提高其工作效率。论文对提出的新型双联转向泵的工作原理、基本结构及能耗等进行了理论分析、建模仿真和实验研究,证明了新型双联转向泵在一定条件下具有明显的节能效果。 第一章首先对动力转向系统的作用和分类进行了概述,然后介绍了液压动力转向系统的分类、结构和基本工作原理,重点分析了常用双作用叶片式转向泵的工作原理和能耗问题,并简要介绍了几种典型的节能方案。最后介绍了课题的研究背景、意义和主要研究内容。 第二章提出了新型双联转向泵的两种实现方案:主副泵方案和大小排量泵方案,并分别介绍了采用这两种方案的新型双联转向泵的结构和工作原理,重点研究了这两种方案的节能效果及其主要影响因素,对合流控制部分的影响也进行了分析。最后将新型双联转向泵和其它节能方案进行了简单比较,指出了新型双联转向泵的优点和不足之处。 第三章按照实际测到的转向泵数据建立了常用叶片式转向泵的数学模型,在此基础之上建立新型双联转向泵的模型,通过仿真对比分析了两者的工作特性,并重点分析了新型双联转向泵的节能效果。 第四章详细阐述了新型双联转向泵实验的方案、内容和结果,通过实验证明了新型双联转向泵基本结构和工作原理的合理性,并且分析了切换点与输出流量和工作效率的关系,证明新型双联转向泵在一定条件下可以获得明显的节能效果。 第五章对本论文所做的工作进行了总结,并对相关工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Power steering pump is a core part of hydraulic power steering system. Because high energy loss is a serious problem of usual double-acting vane steering pump, the study on energy conservation is regarded as a important task in the research of hydraulic power steering system. A new-style vane steering pump based on twin pump is put forward in this thesis to reduce the energy loss and improve the efficiency of power steering pump. In this article, theoretical analysis, simulation, and experiments are made to study the principle, basic structure and energy loss of this new-style steering pump, which come to a conclusion that the new-style steering pump has obvious energy-saving effect in some condition.In chapter 1, the function and classification of power steering system are described firstly. After introduction of hydraulic power steering system’s classification, structure and principle, the operating principle and energy loss of usual double-acting vane steering pump are analyzed significantly. Then some typical energy conservation methods are introduced. The background, meaning and content of this research are indicated in the end of this chapter.In the beginning of chapter 2, two schemes of new-style steering pump are put forward. The first is main-assistant pump scheme, and the second is big-small pump scheme. The structure and principle of these schemes are introduced. Significantly, a study on the energy conservation and its affecting factors is made. The influence of confluence control section is also be analyzed. Finally, the comparison of other energy conservation methods and new-style steering pump is made to indicate the advantage and shortage of this new-style steering pump.In chapter 3, simulation model of usual vane steering pump is constructed by adopting data of actual steering pump. On this base, simulation model of new-style steering pump is also constructed. Operating characteristic of these two kinds of pump is
