基于文化因素、消费心理因素的房交会展示设计研究与实践

【摘要】 通过对展示设计历史、理论和手段的研究,结合设计领域中多学科、多专业横向整合的趋势,从现实角度出发,以房地产交易展览会的展示设计为研究对象,寻求现代展示设计与现代社会形态的同步点。本文通过对文化因素、消费心理因素的研究,在房交会展示实践中实现新的信息传播手段,在传媒竞争日益激烈的情况下突出展览媒介的传播优势。 通过展示设计发展历程及其构成的研究,发现展示设计作为信息采集、加工、传播、接受的动态过程,是传播的活动;展示的本质属性是媒介,是大众诉求与信息之间的媒介与信息传播的载体。研究主要目的是希望通过案例分析,逐一确认文化因素、消费心理因素如何影响房交会展示设计及其实施的各个过程。 对于论点的分析和论证是以展示的工作方式为线索的,揭示各设计手段在文化因素、消费心理因素的影响下所反映出的与以往不同的特性。从展览策划开始,寻求消费者的需求,尤其是参观者心理潜在的,非显性的需求;在满足参观者视听感官的基础之上对信息的有效传播进行定位:通过一些典型的设计案例描述这种要求。文章关于在文化因素、消费心理因素影响下房交会展示设计如何进行信息有效传播的探讨,为今后的展示实践和设计研究提出了全新的方向和定位。
【Abstract】 By research on the history, theory and instrument of modern exhibition design and also by research on the trend of the combination of multi subjects and multi specialities, the paper finds the combo point between modern exhibition design and modern society. Also, this paper is going to find a new instrument of information transmission and give promine’nce to the advantages of exhibition media.Exhibition design is a process of information collection, procession, transmission and reception. The core of exhibition is the media. Media is the carrier of popular demands and info transmission. Through case analysis, this paper is going to find out how the culture factors and consuming psychology work in the exhibition design.In fact, influenced by culture factors and consuming psychology, the working process takes on some new characteristics. From the very beginning of the design process, the designer should get in touch with the needs of their consumers, especially their potential ones.
