交流变频传动系统及其在夹网纸机上的应用与研究

【摘要】 本文结合工程实际项目,对交流变频传动系统及其在夹网纸机上的应用进行了分析和研究。在现代造纸工业中,纸机传动技术占有重要的地位,传统的直流传动系统正逐步被先进的交流变频传动系统所取代。实践证明,将这一先进的传动技术应用到造纸机上,完全可以满足多传动点的纸机传动系统的要求,同时还具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。 文中对交流变频传动系统的基本原理及夹网纸机传动系统的基本特点做了较为详细的说明。交流变频调速系统是利用异步交流电动机的同步转速随频率变化的特性,通过改变电机的供电频率而进行调速。 现代造纸厂具有连续生产的特点,每年生产340天。传动系统的一点故障就有可能导致整条生产线的停产,就有可能使浆料流失、产品报废、连续生产过程被中断。由于恢复正常生产秩序需要较长时间,因而每次故障停机都将使工厂蒙受较大经济损失。在现代化的造纸机上,一般都采用原装进口的交流变频传动系统。原装进口的产品,尽管其质量稳定,运行可靠,但价格十分高昂,且维护也不够方便。本文所述系统采用主要元件进口、国内进行组装调试的形式,在技术上完全可以满足夹网纸机对传动系统的要求,并具有非常广阔的市场前景。 本文还对本项目中传动电机轴承电流的限制情况作了分析说明,在采取了文中所叙的措施后,完全可以用国产的电机轴承替代昂贵的进口电机轴承。由于传动系统是造纸厂内最大的谐波源,必须同时采取多种谐波抑制措施才能保证系统可靠稳定的运行。本文还就现场调试阶段发现的若干问题做了分析。

【Abstract】 This paper is a study and an analyse of the application of the AC frequency-convert driver system using on the nip-web paper machine. The technicology of the paper machine driver system has a very important site in the modern paper making industry. The conventional DC driver system is replacing by the AC frequency-convert driver system. It can completely meet the requirement of the multi-driver system of the paper machine, and it will also bring good influence to both society-effect and economy-effect, that applying advanced technicology of the driver system to the paper machine.This paper particularly introduces the main control theory of the AC frequency-convert driver system and the basic character of the nip-web paper machine dirver system. Because the AC asynchronous motor’ synchronous speed is determined by the frequency, we can control the AC asynchronous motor’ speed by changing the supply power’s frequency.In modern paper mill, the machine runs continually, and 340 days per year. Only a little accident in the driver system can stop the machine, it may lost a lot of pulp and produce a lot of waste paper. Because it may take a lot of time to go back to the continually working status, this accident stopping machine may make a big loss to the factory. Base on this notion, people normally use AC frequency- convert driver system, which mostly should import. Although it has good quality and works stably, it cost so much and the maintenance is not convenient enough. As the project mentioned in this paper saved much investment by only importing the main organ and assembled it in local factory, And it can fulfilled the paper mill’s requirement, there should be a very big market for this AC Driver System.This paper also explains how to limit the driver motor bearing’s current in this project. After adopting the methods mentioned in this paper, we can use the bearing made in china to replace the expensive import one. As the driver system the the biggest source of the harmonious current in paper making factory, we should adopt multiform harmonious current restrained way to guarantee the whole system can work well. This paper also analyses some problem occured in the field-work.
