基于单片机的磁酶免测定仪的研制

【摘要】 本文介绍了利用单片机设计磁酶免测定仪的原理,以及整个系统结构。磁酶免检测技术是目前测量血清或尿液中微量激素和肿瘤标志物等含量的比较先进的方法。这种方法较之传统的放射免疫测量具有很多优点。仪器采用磁酶免测定法,根据朗伯—比尔吸收定律来设计的。并在设计中综合利用了吸收光谱分析技术、电子技术、计算机等技术。该仪器使用特定光源,其发出的光透过待测的试管后被两个分光镜分成三个不同波长的光,经过光电变换,再由TI公司生产的MSP430F449单片机对转换的模拟量进行采集和处理,从而反演出血液中需要测量的微量激素和肿瘤标志物等的含量。而这些测量结果可以为医学上临床诊断相关疾病提供重要的依据。测量结果可由输出设备显示、打印。用户还可通过面板键盘对仪器进行操作、控制。文中给出了系统设计的硬件电路图和软件流程图,以及对仪器的操作过程。

【Abstract】 This thesis introduces the principle and the whole syetem’s structure of the magnetic anti-body immunoassay (MAIA) apparatus based on micro-processor. MAIA is a more advanced measure technology that measure contents of little incretions and tumor markers of bodies’ blood serum and urine. This measure technology has many advantages than the traditional radioimmunoassay (RIA) method This apparatus is designed by applying MAIA and according as Lambert-Beer absorb law. In desiging, we combine absorbed spectrum analyse technic, electronical technic, computer technic etc together. The light source in the system is a special one. Its ray through a test tube is divided into three different wavelength rays by two spectroscopes. After photoelectric transformation, the MSP43F449 micro-processor samples and deal with transformed analog signals so as to deduct contents of little incretions and tumor markers in blood. These incretions and tumor markers can provide important proof for doctors diagnosing correlative disease. The measuring result can be printed and displayed through output equipments. Users can operate and control to this apparatus by using the panel keyboard. The thesis provides some hardware circuit diagrams, software flow charts and operation guide of the apparatus.
