张庄矿三软煤巷锚网支护参数及安全可靠性的研究

【摘要】 三软煤巷支护,是我国煤矿向深部延伸和回采时面临的支护难题,也是我国科研工作者攻关的课题之一,本文首先从软岩的特性、三软巷道围岩的矿压特征分析人手,采用实验室相似模拟实验,对工字钢和锚梁网两种不同支护方式,在静压条件下的支护效果以及围岩活动规律进行研究,并对锚固体在不同锚固密度下岩体力学性质的改变分析,根据实验室相似模拟结果,来设计三软煤巷锚杆支护参数,通过大量的现场实测,进行验证分析,并从理论上对巷道围岩锚固体位移进行预测,来说明锚梁网支护更能适应三软煤巷的支护,通过设计合理的支护系统,并在淮北张庄矿三软煤巷中得到应用,取得了理想的支护效果,不仅使巷道在接替周期长、动压影响频繁条件下,巷道稳定性好,满足了生产实际的需要,而且也取得了明显的经济效益,对我国分布广泛的软岩巷道支护也提供了有益的借鉴。

【Abstract】 extracts in our country, It becomes one of titles in research fields, The characteristics and surrounding pressure characters of softrock are analysed at first by scale model simulation in lab. the support effort and movement laws of surrounding rock under stationary surrounding pressure are studied between bolt-beam-mesh support and U-steel support , Anchor-hold analyse in sounding rock by anchors which are in different bolt-holding density, Scale model simulation is used in the bolt support of soft rock coal gateways . A lot of practical measurements on spot model simulation in lab are used to validate analysis and forecast displacement of anchor-hold body of surrounding rock in theory,bolt-beam-mesh-cable support is rather better than bolt-mesh support in coal lane of softrock, Reasonable support system is designed and applied in softrock lanes at zhangzhuang mine in the north of AnHui , and the perfect support effect is obtained , Not only the bolt-beam-mesh-cable-supported coal getways are well maintened and the need of mine product practice is meeted ,but also do they bring distinctly economic benefit , It will give a beneficial reference to other analogical mine in extensively distributive softrock support in our country.
