对旋轴流式通风机设计理论与方法的研究

【摘要】 对旋轴流式通风机是一种近年才推广应用的井下长距离通风设备,对它的深入研究可以使煤矿的安全生产得到大大保证。但是,由于长期以来对对旋轴流式通风机的研究一直停留在一元定常研究和低速系统上,使得对旋轴流式通风机在运行过程中出现了很多问题这就有必要对对旋轴流式通风机的设计理论和方法进行更深层次的探讨。 论文首先在作者参与的对对旋轴流式通风机进行的实验验证的基础上,完成了对旋轴流式通风机总体性能的宏观把握;同时借助对级间稳态流场的测量和分析,进一步论证了对旋轴流式通风机确实具有更高的压比和流量以及更宽广的稳定工作范围。 其次,论文分析了等环量和变环量两种气动设计方法对对旋轴流式通风机气动性能的影响,讨论了沿叶高加功量的分配方法和叶片的空间弯掠造型的问题。 再者,在速度三角形的基础上,详细分析了两级叶轮的理论特性,提出了防止二级电机过载的方法,并在参考有关文献的基础上提出了对旋轴流式通风机设计的新方法。 论文最后对叶轮的强度进行了有限元分析。

【Abstract】 Counter rotating axial fan is a kind of down-hole long distance ventilated equipments that just applied in recent years; the in-depth research of it can ensure the safe production of the coalmine. The research of the counter rotating axial fan still stay at the steady research and the low speed system, which makes the counter rotating axial fan occurs many problems in the course of running, so it’s necessary to progress the more deep-seated analysis to the design theory and method of the counter rotating axial fan.Firstly through the tested check of the counter rotating axial fan which the author participated in by oneself, the macroscopically of the performance is completed; at the same time it is further proved that the counter rotating axial fan really has higher compression ratio, flow rate and wider stable work scopes by means of the measurement and analysis of steady flow-field between stages.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the influence of the two aerodynamic design methods (the constant circulation and the varied circulation) to the aerodynamic characteristics of the counter rotating axial fan, and the allocation rule of the compression work along the blade height, and swept-curved space mould of blades are also discussed.Thirdly, in the foundation of velocity triangle, the thesis analyzes the theories characteristic of the two stage impeller in detail and puts forward the method of preventing the overload of two-step motor. Furthermore a new design method of the counter rotating axial fan is also put forward on the basis of concerning literature.Finally the thesis preceded the finite element analysis to the strength of impeller.
