承压水体上开采底板突水规律的研究

【摘要】 在承压水体上开采时,煤层底板突水过程是一个复杂的非平衡、非线性的演化过程,它受到许多因素的影响,其实质是煤层底板含水层高承压水沿采煤工作面底板隔水层岩体内部通道突破底板隔水层的阻隔,以突发、缓发或滞发的形式向上涌入工作面采空区的过程。由于岩石材料的非均匀性、地质条件的复杂性、施工过程的不确定性,理论上很难对突水过程作出准确的描述。 本文结合朱庄煤矿3629工作面实例,在分析煤层底板突水的影响因素的基础上,利用理论分析、相似材料模拟、有限元软件ANSYS数值模拟为研究方法,研究了承压水体上开采底板突水规律,对于实现煤矿安全生产,防治煤层底板突水具有十分重要的理论意义与现实意义。 本文主要开展了如下几个方面的工作: ①分析底板突水类型及影响因素,确定底板突水的原因; ②运用断裂力学理论、弹塑性理论及有限元方法解析煤层底板隔水层在采动矿压及底板含水层水压的复合作用下的破坏深度、应力传播特征、底板突水极限压力,并将解析解应用于朱庄煤矿3629工作面底板突水预测的实际工程中,对该面实现安全回采起到了重要指导作用; ③利用相似材料模型及大型有限元软件ANSYS对煤层底板岩层应力分布规律和底板移动破坏特征进行了模拟,分析了煤层底板突水的机理及底板岩层的突水破坏规律。

【Abstract】 Mining on the top of water-pressured, the water inrush in Coal floor is a complex nonequilibrium and nonlinear evolution process which is affected by many factors. the mechanism of it is a process that the high water-pressured in the floor water-resisting layer burst into the caving void in the working face in the form of outburst and delaying or sluggish, the water break through the obstruct of the water-resisting layers in the floor along the channels inside the water-resisting layers under the working floor. Theoretically, it is very difficult to exactly describe the basic water inrush process characteristics due to the heterogeneity of rock materials, the complexity of geology and the uncertainty of mining.Combined with the example of the 3629 working face in Zhu zhuang Coal mine, this paper applies the methods of theory analysis, similar material simulation and numerical simulation of Ansys to study the water invasion regularity in the floor mining on the top of water-pressured. This has an important theoretic and realistic significance of achieving the safety production in Coal mine and preventing the water-inrush from the Coal floor.The following work is completed in this paper.①Analyzing the types and affecting factors of the floor water invasion, this paper makes certain of the reason of the water invasion in the floor.②This paper applies the fracture mechanics theory, the elastic-plasticity theory and the finite element method to resolve the damage depth, the transferring character of the stress and the utmost pressure of water invasion in the floor of the water-resisting layer in the coal seam with the complex effect of the mining pressure and the water pressure in the floor water-resisting layers. In addition, the resolution is put into the extract project of the 3629 working face in Zhu zhuang Coal mine forecasting the water invasion in the floor which plays an important guiding role in mining this working face safely.③Making use of the similar material model and the large FEM software of ANSYS to simulate the terrane stress distribution regularity and the floor movement damage character in the coal seam, this paper analyses the mechanism and the damage regularity of the floor water invasion in the coal seam.
