高性能不饱和聚酯树脂的合成研究

【摘要】 本文在通用树脂的基础上,开发了一种气干性优良、耐腐蚀性能好、低苯乙烯挥发的新型改性不饱和聚酯树脂。 通用树脂有苯乙烯挥发性,耐腐蚀性能差、气干性不良、易形成裂纹等缺陷。加入双环戊二烯(DCPD)进行改性,树脂的固化速度差异不大,但放热峰温度降低,树脂具有很好的韧性。由于DCPD树脂与苯乙烯有较好的相溶性,可以有效地降低苯乙烯含量,树脂粘度仍然没有较大的变化。当DCPD:MA(mol比)=0.15时,树脂的耐腐蚀性能也非常出色。 DCPD树脂力学性能和通用树脂相近,而实验希望寻找一种价格低廉的、能有效提高树脂力学性能、适合于建筑结构胶、锚固剂等制品的改性不饱和聚酯树脂。ZSL改性剂改性的树脂具有所有的这些优势。但ZSL显著降低了树脂的活性,改性树脂的固化时间长,且粘度大,不利于工业应用。ZSL与DCPD两种改性剂同时引入树脂中,协同作用使树脂的力学性能十分优越,且树脂的固化时间、粘度、气干性、耐腐蚀性能均十分突出。 实验表明,PA/MA=0.5~1,DCPD/MA=0.1~0.2,ZSL/MA=0.05~0.15(mol比),在210℃下反应6.5h达到反应终点,树脂呈棕黑色,粘度3.9PaS。在树脂:引发剂:促进剂=100:2:0.8(质量比)下40min内固化,放热峰温度为120℃。当树脂:填料=80:200时,树脂的抗压强度达124MPa,抗拉强度达58MPa,比通用树脂提高20%左右。对树脂进行了IR光谱分析。分析发现,ZSL基本与树脂聚合。 对树脂合成进行反应动力学因素分析,并求得了各反应物之间的反应级数、速率常数以及顺酐、苯酐与丙二醇反应的宏观活化能,对改性不饱和聚酯树脂合成具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 This study develops a kind of new modified unsaturated polyester with excellent properties of air dryness, corrosion resistance and low styrene volatility.The general resin has some imperfection such as high styrene volatility, little corrosion resistance, poor air dryness and flaw easily appears. Unsaturated polyester resin modified by dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) has same curing time but lower curing temperature and higher toughness compared to that of general resins. Due to DCPD modified unsaturated polyester has good compatibility with styrene so that amount of styrene is reduced, dynamic viscosity of modified resin changes little. When n(DCPD):n(MA) =0.15(mole rate), corrosion resistance will have a wonderful performance.Mechanics property of DCPD modified unsaturated polyester resin is close to the general ones. ZSL modified polyester has outstanding mechanics property and low-cost but its poor activity and high viscosity. In order to develop a resin fitting to glue for construction, ZSL and DCPD were introduced into resin simultaneity. The modified resin has excellent property of mechanics, curing time, dynamic viscosity, air dry and corrosion resistance.The S-type unsaturated polyester which is to be gained by the reaction among (a) dicyclopentadiene, (b) α , β -ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or its anhydride, (c)a polyhydric alcohol,and (d)a tetrahydrophthalic acid or its anhydride, along with (e) ZSL ,if desired, in accordance with the conventionally known method under210℃ reacting 6.5 h. The amount of dicyclopentadiene is in the range of about 0.1 to 0.2 mole against the MA component.and the amount of ZSL is in the range of about 0.05 to 0.15 mole against of MA component. The resin is brown and its dynamic viscosity is 3.9Pas. The results show: when polyester: evocator: accelerant= 100:2:0.8 (weight rate) , the curing time needs about 40min and the curing temperature can reach 120℃; when resin: filler=80:200 (weight rate) , the compression strength can reach 124MPa and tensile strength can reach 58MPa,
