【摘要】 进城农民的生存发展问题是一个反映中国城市化、工业化、现代化和市场化水平的重大问题,也是考察我们国家流动人口政策、就业政策和城市管理政策的一个重要视角。本文立足于当时中国农村劳动力城市转移同趋理性、市场经济发展对普通百姓的影响日益深入、国家对劳动者自由择业的积极鼓励和政策扶持,以及部分沿海发达城市“民工荒”现象的出现等背景,以福建省福州市为例,对大量涌现的进城农民街头务工这一现象进行实证研究。文章运用了观察法、问卷法、访谈法等调查方法,描述了街头务工的进城农民的群体特征和生活状况,分析了他们城市街头务工的原因、存在的问题,进而对国家关于对待进城农民特别是类似街头务工这种谋生方式的进城农民的相关政策发展和对策选择做出探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existence development problem of peasants in city is an important problem that reflects the level of urbanization, industrialization, modernization and marketization of China, also is an important perspective that studying the policy of fluid population, the policy of the employment and the policy of urban management in our country. This text is base on that background that the Chinese rural labor force transferring for city gradually reasonableness in current, the influence of market economy upon the common people is increasingly thorough, nation’s encouragement and policy support to the worker chooses the industry freely and the appearance of phenomena of "farmer work shorting" in parts of developed cities of the coastal areas, To take province Fuzhou City in Fujian as an example, carrying on a substantial evidence research on this phenomenon that peasants in city who looking for work on street were more and more welling up. This text adopted the method of observe, the method of questionnaire, the method of interview...etc, describing the community characteristic and living condition of peasants in city who looking for work on street, analyzing the reason of their looking for work on street, the existent problem of their looking for work on street, then discussing the nation’s police development and the choice of police how to do on treating the peasants in city especially those peasants who looking for work on street.更多还原
