竹炭复合板材的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 本文以天然可再生资源竹子的炭化产物-竹炭为基料、胶粘剂为粘接体,采用一定增强措施,通过热压成型工艺,制备出具有一定吸附性能和抗静电能力的竹炭复合板材。 为了选用优质竹炭做基料,采用元素分析、红外光谱分析、紫外-可见分光光度分析和扫描电镜观测等手段对竹炭的微观结构和性能进行了表征分析;测定竹炭对碘、苯、甲醛等的吸附性能及竹炭体积电阻率,发现所用竹炭性能较好。接着选取了不同类型的胶,以施胶量为变量制备几组炭板,对板材各性能进行测定和分析,结果表明:白乳胶适合作竹炭成型用粘接剂。在此基础上,对白乳胶竹炭复合板材进行研制,以施胶量、热压时间、炭粉目数为因素,设计正交实验;使用扫描电镜、紫外-可见分光光度计及木材力学万能实验机和DT-830B型数字多功能仪表等对板材的微观结构、吸附性能、力学强度及电阻率等进行表征分析。找到适宜实验条件,发现施胶量为影响各性能的主要因素。为了降低用胶量,提高吸附量,同时保持板材具有较好的力学性能,研究了丁苯与白乳胶共混改性和麻纤维增强两种方法对白乳胶竹炭复合板材性能的影响。

【Abstract】 Based on bamboo charcoal as main material which is a carbonized product of natural and renewable resource bamboo and adhesive as adhered material, bamboo charcoal composite board material having absorption and static electric resistance capability was manufactured by hot-pressing formation technology and using some reinforced measures.Firstly, in order to choose bamboo charcoal with excellent property as basic material, its microstructure and function was characterized by element analysis, FT-IR, UV and SEM. Meantime, absorption value of iodine, benzene and formaldehyde on bamboo charcoal and its volume electric resistance rate was determined. The results showed that the property of bamboo charcoal being used is better. Then, several adhesives were investigated, and the result showed PVAC emulsion is better than others as adhered material of board hot-pressing formation.In the end, PVAC emulsion-bamboo charcoal composite board was prepared by orthogonal experiment that investigated resin consumption, hot-pressing time and granularity of bamboo charcoal. The microstructure, absorption function, mechanics intensity and electric resistance rate of prepared composite board were characterized by SEM, UV, TMOEM and DT-830B DMP. The appropriate technology conditions were found out. The results showed that resin consumption was the main factor that affected all property of composite board. In order to reduce resin consumption, improve absorption ability and keep composite board better mechanics performance, the property of PVAC emulsion-bamboo charcoal composite board was investigated by blend modification of polyvinyl acetate-styrene/butene adhesive and reinforcement by flax fiber.
