新型杯芳烃衍生物及聚合物的研究

【摘要】 本论文从主客体化学识别研究的角度着眼,设计并合成多种含有氮、硫杂原子官能团的杯[4]芳烃衍生物和杯[6]芳烃聚合物,并研究它们的客体离子识别性能,取得了较有意义的研究成果。 本论文首先合成了系列新型含氨基和羟基的杯[6]芳烃聚合物,并研究了它们的阳离子吸附性能后发现,与其他杯芳烃聚合物相比,该类聚合物对软硬金属离子均有强的吸附能力;其次,合成了新型的含酰胺和席夫碱单元的杯[4]芳烃衍生物和新型杯[4]冠醚。并且做了阳离子萃取实验,对比了新型杯芳烃衍生物和只含有酰胺基或席夫碱基的杯芳烃衍生物对软金属离子配合性能,新型杯[4]冠醚还对Ag+有较好的选择性萃取能力。本文还设计合成了新型含酰胺和硫脲单元的杯[4]芳烃衍生物,氨基酸萃取实验表明新型含酰胺和硫脲单元的杯[4]芳烃衍生物对氨基酸有配合性能,特别是对L-异白氨酸有较好的选择性萃取性能。

【Abstract】 In the view of host-guest chemistry, the novel calix[6]arene-based polymers and calix[4]-aza, thio-crowns were designed, synthesized and their complexation properties were studied. Some meaningful results were obtained.A series of new calix[6] arene polymers containing amido groups and hydroxyl groups were synthesized. It was found that they showed high absorption capacities towards both soft cations and hard cations. On the other hand, calix[4]arene derivatives and new calix[4]crown containing amides and Schiff-base units were synthesized. The extraction experiments showed that new calix[4]arene derivatives exhibited higher complexation abilities than calix[4]arene derivatives containing amides or Schiff-bases only. Calix[4]crown showed high Ag~+ complexation selectivity. Third, a novel calix[4]arene derivative containing amide and thiourea was synthesized. The extraction experiments showed that new calix[4]arene derivatives exhibited good complexation abilities to amino acid. It showed high L-lsoleucine complexation selectivity.
