【摘要】 区域可持续发展能力的研究是当今地理学研究的活跃领域,因为经济增长与资源、环境之间既相互制约又相互促进。随着经济的持续增长,在一些区域出现了人地矛盾激化的现象。因此,对区域可持续发展能力进行评价,实现地区持续、协调发展,成为当前的一项重要任务。 本文在借鉴国内外关于可持续发展评估已有的研究成果基础上,结合福建省现状,设计了一套基于多维的区域可持续发展能力评估指标体系,该评估体系把可持续发展能力分成经济、社会、资源与环境、可持续发展潜力四个子系统。根据这四个子系统所设计的指标体系,依据《福建统计年鉴》中1990-2003年的指标数据,应用改进的层次分析法(IAHP),研究福建省可持续发展能力时间演变进程:依据《福建统计年鉴2004》中的数据资料,以县域为单元,在改进的层次分析法(IAHP)和人工神经网络方法定量分类的基础上,结合定性分析,对福建省可持续发展能力进行空间差异分析,根据最后分析的结果,应用地理信息系统(GIS),创制专题地图。通过本研究,揭示了福建省可持续发展能力时间演进规律和空间差异规律,为福建省未来发展政策的制订提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of regional sustainable development capacity has become active fields in geography subject nowadays because there are not only restriction but also mutually promotion effects between economic growth and resource, environment. Along with the development of economy, the contradiction between men and land intensified further in some area. Evaluating the capacity and realizing the sustainable development of a region has become an important task.Based on the achievement of the evaluation of sustainable development capacity domestic and internationally, combined the present situation of Fujian province, this paper has designed a multi dimension indexes system from four aspects which are economic, society, resources and environment and the sustainable potentiality. Under this index system, this paper studied the evolution process of Fujian’s sustainable development capacity using IAHP method with the data from "statistical yearbook of Fujian"(1990~2003). The character of capacity’s special difference was also investigated using IAHP and artificial neural network method the data from statistical yearbook of Fujian(2004) based on county. And thematic map was generated using the tool of GIS based on the results of analysis.The research has revealed the law of change character of Fujian province’s sustainable development capacity temporally and spatially respectively, can be severed as the reference to make policies of future development of Fujian province.更多还原
