非离子型水性环氧树脂的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 本文综述了环氧树脂水性化技术的最新研究进展,重点介绍了乳化法、还原法和接枝反应法等水性化方法,比较了各种方法的优缺点:综述了水性环氧涂料配方设计的一般原则、基本组成以及颜料、溶剂等的选择;并对本课题研究的目的及思路进行了阐述。 本文通过化学改性法在环氧树脂分子中引入具有表面活性的分子链段(如聚醚链段),制得了一具有自乳化功能的环氧树脂体系,并结合相反转技术,制得稳定性高、分散相颗粒细且粒径分布较为均匀的环氧树脂乳液。考查了各种因素如聚醚的分子量的大小及加料比、非离子型亲水亲油基的引入方法及加料比、反应温度、双酚A与液体环氧树脂(CYD-128)的加料比等因素对乳液稳定性及相应涂膜性能的影响。 通过聚氨酯对环氧树脂进行改性的试验,达到提高自乳化环氧树脂涂膜的耐水耐湿耐腐蚀性。考查了改性剂的种类、投料比、反应温度及催化剂种类等因素对体系抗腐蚀性的影响。利用红外对预聚物、可自乳化环氧树脂及改性树脂的化学结构进行了表征;利用激光粒度分布仪和离心机对乳液的稳定性进行了表征;用扫描电镜对改性环氧树脂涂膜的致密度进行了研究;通过热分析方法对树脂固化涂膜进行耐热性能分析。 结果表明:利用非离子亲水基团对环氧树脂进行化学改性,可制得一具有贮存稳定性、涂膜耐热、耐化学品腐蚀性均较优的水性环氧树脂。本文所述水性环氧乳液的合成路线简洁、技术可行,粘度适中、可满足加工和使用的要求,通过对固化剂以及各种改性剂和助剂的合理选择,就可制备出性能各异的水性环氧涂料和胶粘剂等。 本文还对水性环氧涂料的配方进行了研究,重点利用均匀设计实验方法探讨了颜填料的加料比,确定最优加料比值。
【Abstract】 The recent development at home and abroad of water-borne modification of epoxy resin is summarized. The methods for water modification of epoxy resin are presented, especially the one based on the emulsification, water-reducible and grafting process., and problems in the fundamental study and methodology development is presented with emphasis on the recent progress. The principle of the design of water-borne epoxy resin coatings’ formulations and the fundamental composition of coating and solvent are overviewed.In this paper a kind of self-emulsifiable epoxy resin was synthesized by poly condensation of liquid epoxy resin (CYD-128), diphenylol propane and dihydroxy polyester and by the phase inversion technique a stable waterborne epoxy resin emulsion has been prepared. The effects of molecular weight of dihydroxy polyester the amount of polyester, the proportion of CYD-128 and diphenylol propane, the feeding process of feedstock on centrifugal stability and the average particle size of epoxy resin emulsion were in vestigated.In order to improve the properties of the dry film such as corrosion resistance property, the self-emulsifiable epoxy resin was modified. The effects of the proportion of multiblock copolymer and modifier, the construction of modifier, the reaction temperature and the kind of catalyst on the paint coated film performance were investigated.The structure of the prepolymer, the self-emulsifiable epoxy resin and the modified epoxy resin has been characterized with FTIR; the stability of the emulsion has been studied with laser particle size analysis and also SEM, TGA and DSC were used to analysis the dry film properties.The result showed that the chemical modification elaborated in this paper was feasible, with suitable curing agent a waterborne epoxy resin coatings with good film properties can be prepared.A glossy coatings formulation based on TiO2, BaSO4, magnesium silicate, including additives and testing properties.
