填石路堤试验研究及填石体本构模型参数进化反演分析

【摘要】 随着我国中西部高速公路建设的迅速发展,填石路堤作为一种理想的路堤形式得到了广泛应用。然而现有的密实度检测技术已不能适应高速公路快速发展的要求。另外,由试验获得的填石体本构模型参数也往往不能令人满意。因此研究一种快速、无损、准确的路堤密实度检测技术和开展基于实测数据的填石体本构模型参数反演研究具有重要的理论和工程实用价值。 本文首先依据相似理论设计了填石路堤室内大尺寸模型试验,试验结果表明瞬态冲击法和动刚度法的主要动测参数与密实度的相关性较差,而附加质量法得到的填石体参振质量与密实度之间有着很好的线性关系,故将该方法作为填石路堤密实度检测的动测方法。进一步通过对试验数据的拟和分析确定了参振质量与密实度之间的关系式,并对试验方法进行了详细说明,为将该方法推广应用到工程实际创造了条件;然后详细介绍了PVC管沉降仪和水管式沉降仪的观测方法,并将这两种仪器首次应用于填石路堤的沉降观测,在填石路堤试验路现场使用的效果良好;在试验路现场自行设计和实施了大型原位剪切试验并依据相关理论对试验数据分析得到了填石路堤的抗剪强度参数c、φ值,为验证参数反演的合理性提供了依据;结合填石路堤施工期沉降变形机理和工程特点,基于现场沉降观测资料,选取邓肯—张E—ν模型作为填石体本构模型,引入遗传算法和有限元分析理论,建立了填石体本构模型参数的进化反演方法并编制了相应程序;最后,结合湖南常张高速公路和广西寨任路的实测沉降数据,对上述方法的可靠性和合理性进行了验证,结果表明,本文提出的填石路堤参数进化反演方法能够满足工程实际的要求,具有一定的工程实用价值。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of highway in middle-west region ,the rock-filled embankment has been widely applied. However, the existing subgrade density inspecting method has been unable to meet the requirement of the rapid-developing highway construction. Furthermore those parameters obtained from experiment are usually not satisfying. So it is of significant theoretical and practical value for study on a convenient, non-damage, precise subgrade density inspecting method and on model parameters back analysis based on field measured data.At first, in light of similarity theory , a indoor model test was designed , the result of which indicated that it was difficult to set up a quantitative relation with the density by shock frequency analyzing and dynamic stiffness analyzing. On the contrary, it turned out to be a sound linear relation between the density and the vibrating mass calculated by additive mass method, which was consequently adopted as the rock-filled embankment density inspecting method. In addition, the equation could be gained by experimental data fitting and the method was brought out in detail as a reference when it is proved into practice. PVC and water pipe settlement observing equipment were first applied on rock-filled embankment and proved out to be reliable and convenient. A locate large-scale shearing test was designed and carried out at the experimental road and the shear strength index c, φ could be worked out with relative theory applied. With settlement mechanism during construction and based on field measured data, the Duncan non-linear model was selected and the rock-filled object model parameters back analysis method was put forward with genetic algorithm and finite element method introduced. A relative programme was also worked out. At last, with the field measured data of ChangZhang highway and ZhaiRen road analyzed, the reliability and rationality of the method was deeply probed. The result indicated that the rock-filled object model parameters back analysis method proposed in this paper can meet the request of the practical engineering.
